Lúc nhận thì phòng có mùi ẩm, phải bật điều hoà cả ngày. Nhân viên thiếu cơ động.

Vị trí đẹp, phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng đủ tiện nghi. Đặc biệt cảm ơn bạn Đắc Duty Manager đã hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình để gia đình tôi có thể đổi phòng connecting được với nhau. Thank you!

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhận viên lịch sự nhẹ nhàng và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Vị trí trung tâm thành phố nên rất tiện lợi.

Khách sạn gì mà không có vòi rửa vệ sinh, quá chán! Máy sấy muốn dùng phải ấn ngón tay vào giữ, bỏ tay ra là dừng. Khuyên các bạn đừng dùng cái gì trong tủ lạnh, mình trót uống chai nước lọc mà tính mình hơn 80k. Đắt quá! À, lại còn vụ vào ở phải đóng 500k tiền đặt cọc, chưa gặp bao giờ luôn, hài!

The staff hotel named Nhon was very helpful since the first day we arrived at the hotel. My family rent a car including the driver and also asked accommodation to airport for my big family. Nhon arranged everything for us and gave us some options with good price eventhough I could say that my family quite complicated and picky. The room also very clean and the breakfast having a lot of variety but also very delicious. I could say that me and my family were having a great experience during our stay at Novotel.

Housekeeping really troublesome, disturbing when we rest inside room for silly reason. Ex : change the soda 1 can that near expired, another day knock again and ask if our room everything was okay? And ask if we need anything can contact them. Another day again knock the door and send a can of sprite which forgot to put back when cleaning up my room. Novote Ho chi Minh really terrible in managing the housekeeping

Nice Hotel room and location. The bad things that we met, was the housekeeping was very often disturbed me in the late afternoon around 4pm when I tried to take rest. Knocking door for asking “is your room everything okay ? Do you need anything ?” Or “Sorry we need to change the minibar drink some of them are near expired date, need to be replace” Or “Sorry the housekeeping forget to put in the sprite can back into the chiller” Well the Hotel is Novotel, but it seems the way they manage the crew is not like other Novotel around the Asia.

Tôi không hài lòng về cách làm việc của nhân viên phục ở quầy phở và bún bò. Tôi hỏi đến 2 lần anh ta vẫn không trả lời tôi, đến khi tôi tỏ thái độ khó chịu ra mặt thì anh ta trả lời nhưng thái độ thì không vui lòng .
