Everything is perfect

Not terrible. Needs a renovation.

The hotel is pretty quiet and clean. There is plenty of parking and there is also a McDonald next door which is walkable to the hotel. They serve hot breakfast in the morning.

The beds were not comfortable.

Staff was cooperative when an issue arose w/the in-house Wifi. It was taken care of very quickly.

The place is not clean rooms smells like cigarettes and dogs will never stay there again

The staff was nice, rooms were a bit dated but clean. Lots of plugs to charge devices. The pillows and bed were uncomfortable

Property lobby and outside area maintained. The rooms are dated and have musky smells. No shower curtain in the bathroom.

I was well rested at this hotel. Customer service was great. Check in and check out was great. The other thing was too have more hot food breakfast selection. But overall good.

Nice breakfast. Good location. Room had water damage in the bathroom. Smelled a bit damp too.

The day was fine until 4 AM when people were moving into the room above us. It sounded like they were moving furniture for 15 minutes. Finally I called the front desk and the gentleman said he would check into it. No change for another 15 minutes. I called again and he said a family of four with a dog I checked in. He informed me that the walls and ceilings are not very thick, so sound reverberates? I do understand that; however, I don’t know why the noise was not addressed. I understand there is some noise when getting settled in a room. But considering the amount of noise they were making, it should have been looked into. Sound them like things are being thrown across the room for a half an hour!

Wi-Fi failed to work on our MacBook. Spent almost an hour on phone with their I.T. with no resolution. The clerk said it wasn’t their problem because Expedia arranged the purchase.

The staff were very nice and they kept the hotel very clean breakfast was good and so was the breakfast staff. Very dog family didn’t mind my pomsky coming in talking and barking to say hello at everyone. I stayed here before and will do every time I’m in Dover.

Pool was great

Did a Family trip to Delaware to visit with Family but decided to stay here and was glad we did. The staff was very helpful and they had a great breakfast. No problem getting connected to the WiFi . The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Our tv and wi fi was not available when we arrived. Our front desk manager was more than happy to accommodate us with a better room and one heart felt apologize ❤️. Very helpful and friendly 😀. We appreciated his service. Our stay was wonderful.

We love staying here as they are very pet friendly! Their beds are so comfortable and the breakfast buffet has plenty choices. All the staff are friendly and helpful too!

Nice

The stay was ok. The breakfast service attendant did a great job despite some the families and individuals taking over the entire bar with mutiple plates and members without regard to others. The rooms seemed clean but had an odor hard to identify everytime you walked in.

Always clean never dissapoints
