We are warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, the check-in is easy and the room is clean and newly refurbished. We booked 4 rooms for our family and the hotel can arrange the rooms closed to each other as requested.

I liked the spacious room with lots of counter space beside the bathroom area sink. The room was nice and cool when I arrived. It is very nice if you have a room with the lawn out your door with the lawn chairs and tables. I also liked that the desk lamp had a plug in as well as a USB port. My only complaint is the lighting outside all the doors is very bright at night. I found it hard to sleep as the drapes do not block it all.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good though very tight space and very warm for summer spot. Staff were kind and helpful.

The staff here are lovely, the setting is beautiful along the river and the room we stayed in had recent updates. My favourite motel n Kamloops for sure

Nice staff, great breakfast options

The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty. The room had been smoked and moldy. The view was the best part of the stay.

A very standard stay priced right.

Property was dirty and lacking standard amenities. There was obvious ground in dirt and grime on the tiles around the toilet, the towels all had mysterious stains on them, and the corners of every room were filthy. Makes you wonder how thoroughly everything else has been cleaned. Definitely checked for bed bugs in the mattress before I went to sleep. Bed was comfortable enough and the AC worked without being too loud. Stayed in a room with a kitchenette but it had no garbage can other than the tiny one in the bathroom. Also didn't have a hair dryer. Stayed here for just a stopover on my way through town, but I would avoid it even for that. Staff were friendly and breakfast was passable.

We didn’t get to the hotel until 3:30 AM due to car trouble. I was so grateful the office was still open. Our room was clean and beds were comfy!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room was updated and on the river. Close to restaurants and had laundry. Although the room was updated it needed a good floor cleaning.

We got a huge room with a large balcony and a kitchen. Perfect for our needs.
