Very clean room and helpful staff. We had a room with a balcony. It was very relaxing to sit out and enjoy the scenery of the river.

Our room bathroom floor was covered with water when we arrived. The staff attended with a mop. The bathroom door stuck as tiles/flooring had taken on water and swelled. The outside stairs to our floor were bare unfinished wood that was unfinished and weathered. Floor boards needs replacing. Also in a kind of industrial area with no restaurants anywhere near. Sounded a lot better on the website!

Clean updated room. Fast checkin

Our room was spacious, however not the cleanest. We put a towel down to stand on by the sink (which was not in the bathroom) after showering and it was black from the floors. Sink didn’t drain well. Grounds were very pretty and the view of the river was lovely but no cushions out on the chairs, etc and the tables were dirty. Although the manager said the hottub would be working in 2 hours it was never work during our stay.

Place feels a bit tired but clean and all worked ok. Helpful reception. Breakfast a real economy version with disposable plates and cutlery.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The large room was a perfect fit for your family traveling.

The person checking us in wasn't very friendly. Didn't tell us about breakfast or anything. We have a jacuzzi tub but there weren't any instructions on how to use it. Room defiantly needs some updates. It wasn't awful but also not great :)

Confort et emplacement

It was a good location we like to walk so it fit us fine. Everyone was helpful.

Check in was very easy. We had a nice big room overlooking the river. Not a lot around walking distance to eat. We did go for a nice half hour walk to find a restaurant. The pool didn’t look great to swim in was a film on the water not sure if that was just the time we were there. Breakfast was nothing super exciting but something for everyone. The room had a full size fridge and counter area which was a very nice bonus. Would definitely stay Here again.

The staff was awesome, very friendly, very accommodating! I wish the hot tub was open, that was a perk that I was looking forward to after a long drive. I will stay again in 3 weeks when I come back through.

Nicely updated room overlooking the back areas with seating available and a covered picnic table. Didn't use the pool, and the hot tub was out of service. The bed was comfy and clean, and small kitchenette with what was needed for simple meals. The one downside was that we didn't get our room cleaned on the one day, even though we let them know we were leaving, and she said she would take care of it. The other thing was that our cards didn't work when we returned to get something we'd forgotten. The breakfast wasn't very good...I picked up an apple, and my finger went right through it as it was rotten on that end. The folded eggs were cold and dry, and the sausages were really salty. Some improvements on the food would really help! But it was a great place to go for a walk, and right by the river was a bonus for walking and enjoying the view.

I would never stay here again. The room was smelly, hair on the bathroom floor, stained sheets, Only 1 pillow!! Needs updating and cleaning. Staff was great though. They can't help working in the slums.

The balcony view of the river was the most relaxing and beautiful thing. The rooms were extremely clean and very cozy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, reasonable and affordable place to stay in Kamloops!
