Hotel was lovely and much better than the reviews I read before coming! Rooms were dated but the pool, reception and bar area were lovely! Everything was clean too. Reception staff were incredibly helpful especially as Hotels.com didn’t give the hotel our booking so helped us sort it when we arrived! Good amount of pool loungers too and a yummy breakfast

Handy for beach/shopping. Room very clean and breakfast very good. Didn’t use the bar. Staff were helpful although not the friendliest. Would definitely use Eden Nord again.

Globalement un bon hôtel très sympathique mais le nettoyage quotidien des chambres laisse clairement à désirer. Tasses sales non remplacées, draps tout juste retendus, sols non nettoyés (je vous laisse imaginer le sable au bout de 5 jours...). Une petite bouteille d'eau en 4 nuits... Les salles de bains sont vieillissantes. Dommage car le séjour a été très agréable.

Très bonne adresse. Endroit tranquille, mais proche du centre et du port. Belle chambre, belle piscine.

L'emplacement est pratique (près du port, même s'il faut se préparer à une belle montée à pied) et la vue sur les montagnes depuis l'hôtel est superbe. À part ça, et le gel douche qui sentait bon, tout le reste est à revoir. Les chambres sont complètement dans leur jus, avec des équipements d'un autre temps. Mais le pire, c'est l'insonorisation : elle est tout simplement inexistante. On entend absolument tout ce qui se passe dans la piscine et chez les voisins. Pour dormir, on se serait cru dans une auberge de jeunesse... Le lit ressemblait à un lit de camp, avec juste un simple drap posé là, sans aucune couette. Côté hygiène, la salle de bain était pleine de petites bêtes, et on a carrément croisé un gros cafard à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner propose pas mal de choses, mais la qualité n'est vraiment pas au rendez-vous. Quant au personnel, l'accueil manque de chaleur ; on ne sent pas vraiment de volonté de rendre l'expérience agréable pour les clients. On a payé plus de 170€ pour une nuit.

Hotel moderne très bien décoré, proche du centre en étant un peu reculé. Parking dans la rue facile. Personnel très sympa qui parle même français ! Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation des chambres, on entend les gens parler et les chaises se tirer à 7h du matin. Belle expérience tout de même, je recommande

Stayed many times as its value for money. The walk up the hill is short and passes the cheapest/locals bar in the Port. Whilst the public areas are great, the breakfast and dinner good, the rooms are in need of an upgrade, refresh, maintenance. Avoid rooms that end 01 as tiny balconies.

Awful experience. This hotel should be a ONE star. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and resorts in my life and this has to be one of the worst experiences. I wasn’t alone during my check in, as there was a cockroach checking in beside me on the lobby floor. I told the front desk immediately… the bathroom was full of insects (silverfish), cockroach on my balcony, and despite the hotel advertising that they had Air Conditioning, the AC was not yet turned on (apparently they turn it on in May). The bathroom cleanliness was awful. There was mold across my toilet seat. Upon alerting the front desk the next morning, “Margaret”, she told me that if I had higher expectations then I should have booked another hotel. She was awful and extremely unprofessional! Margaret should NOT be client facing nor in the tourism industry. She cared little for customer satisfaction and shrugged off my concerns completely. The hotel refused to refund me for the night. This hotel is a ONE star, not a THREE star. No air conditioning, poor cleanliness and mold, and cockroach and insect infested. Horrible, do NOT stay here.

Dirty water poured down through the ceiling from the bathroom upstairs, so we had to insist on changing rooms. Cockroaches in the new room. Overbooked half-pension and not enough tables and food, overcrowded bike room, so we had to pack down our bikes outside in the dark as they were not allowed in our room.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well kept.

The hotel is really nice, really delicious breakfast buffet, the staffs are very friendly. The location is very convenient close to tram and beach. We also use sauna and pool, it’s all good. The only thing is room soundproofing is not very good, but it doesn’t harm too much. We can use earplugs. Overall, we really enjoy the stay here.
