The location is beautiful. You can snorkel off the beach on both sides of the island. We had an ocean view bure. The room needs a bit of a revamp but it was clean and the aircon worked well for a comfortable night’s sleep. Looking straight out onto the ocean with a grassed area in front it was quiet place to get away from the busy pool area. Easy access to the beach for snorkelling and swimming only metres away from our room. The access down from the grassed area is a bit treacherous if you’re not completely able bodied. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was good. They had a different theme each night and we stayed over a week so had the same theme a couple of times. A lot of meat. Vegetarians are not really catered for protein wise. They won’t go hungry as there’s plenty of vegetables but the only protein at dinner was a bit of tofu for the miso soup on Japanese night. Plenty of eggs at breakfast time though. They are upgrading things which is good. Better beach access would be helpful for older folks and it would be handy to have a handrail to get in and out of the adults pool.
