很棒的飯店，大廳游泳池真的很棒

地理位置赞，房间条件一般，但好在有中央空调，这在苏梅岛很难得。泳池好，俄罗斯人有点吵，洗澡水忽冷忽热特糟糕，有一天海里游完回来，凉水，头都没法洗。

Pool out of order for a month until 6/20. The pool area is major construction site. Expedia/hotels.com information is incorrect.

Excellent central location, quiet and friendly. Extended initial stay as it suited us so well. Need to be aware of multi storey buildings with no lifts (specify ground floor if needed) and showers over solid baths which need careful negotiating. Only negative is the WiFi disconnecting regularly - a minor annoyance.

The rooms where very clean, very close to the pool room 304 was the best view. It was so close to the pool, Huge bathtub! We didnt eat there so cant talk about that. Staff was amazing, pool was clean and the view from the pool to the water was breathtaking. We stay every year when we come.

Rengjøring på rommene var ikke bra , vask og badekar /dusj ble ikke rengjort . Ble ikke vasket under senger /sofa. Glass /kopper ble kun tørket av med klut ikke vasket i maskin. Personalet var fantastisk , bra treningsstudio, hotellet trenger en oppussing var slitt og to av bassengene var det ofte løv og smuss i.

Super beliggenhet, personalet er helt fantastiske! Selve rommene er ganske slitt og utdatert. Stor ulempe at det er saltvann i både dusj og vask.

Many different room types from Standard to pool villas with some premium rooms having ocean views. I have now stayed 3 times twice in Superior rooms and once in a standard room and to be honest there’s not a lot of difference and both have shower over bath and these aren’t the easiest tubs to get in or out and water normally floods the bathroom due to a shelf around the edge of the bath but I use a sponge to block the water, my room was kept spotlessly clean with clean fresh towels daily and fresh clean sheets a few times a week and yes the rooms are looking tired and nothing updated for a long time and are in need of updating (especially the bathrooms) all staff are happy and always smiling The pool and beach are fabulous with sun beds and umbrellas but be prepared for the early morning rush to bag a bed, normally people are poolside and beach around 7am to bag a bed and then off they go and don’t come back for hours, this is the only negative

It’s a decent 4* hotel, helpful friendly staff Pool ok, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment Room (600) a bit dated But generally a good hotel

Ligger fantastisk midt i Lamai og direkte på stranden. Hotellet er egentlig ok og vi boede i en deluxe villa som var ganske fin. Personalet ser du dog overhovedet ikke og dem du ser er meget meget lidt hjælpsomme og virker i det hele taget ligeglade. Morgenmaden var ikke specielt imponerende - dårligste jeg nogensinde har fået i Thailand og jeg har været mange steder. Buffeten var hele tiden med tomme fade og man måtte bede dem fylde op. Jeg har ikke behov for at komme her igen - der findes andre steder hvor man er velkommen som betalende gæst

Vi hadde et fint besøk, fine rom, god frokost

Vi hadde 12 fine døgn på weekender, Vi bodde i bakerste rekke (lengst fra stranden) neste gang vil vi bo nærmere stranden. Fint basseng og god frokost

Fint hotell, hyggelige ansatte, fin beliggenhet og rett på stranden! 10/10!!!

Rummet helt ok städning helt ok! Mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig personal , bra poolområde och stranden alldeles nedanför!
