飯店位置非常靠近車站。建議您從Midori Mall一側出站，這樣可以更清楚地看到酒店。飯店設施也非常齊全，甚至提供雨傘。房間也非常寬敞。

The hotel is exactly the same as it was described in the website. The room is spacious and very clean. The location is only 3 minutes from JR Station. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The hotel provides unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate and matxha at the lobby area. Also additional amenities is provided and we can collect by ourselves before going up to our room. This hotel is highly recommended for you to stay while in Nagano. We will definitely come back here on our next trip. Thanks

Value for money, spacious room, delicious free welcome drink, very near to Nagano station (only 5 minutes walking distance), surrounded by many stores, restaurant and convenience store.

Lokasinya oke, jalan kaki 5 menit dari stasiun. Hotelnya bersih. Kamarnya juga cukup besar untuk economy double.
