A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.

Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious

Excellent room, very friendly service

Stort rum och stor säng. Saknade en sänglampa och/ eller golvlampa, i övrigt utmärkt! God frukost, ffa champinjonerna! Mycket nära till tågstationen och gång avstånd till centrum, lite längre till Charlestown. Vi fick lämna in bagaget i förväg, smidigt.

Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests. Spacious bathroom with a good shower, tea/coffee replenished daily, great breakfasts... overall good value for money and a handy location for exploring other parts of Cornwall.

Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats. Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for . Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate. We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace. We had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent B&B to stay in St Austell. The host was fantastic and very friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. In close proximity to the train station and center of town, but not noisy, with very comfortable beds and clean room. Will definitely visit again if I get the chance to. Highly recommended.

The accommodations were just what we needed. They were comfortable, safe, quiet, and had some of the most beautiful views of Cornwall. The family is kind, accomodating, and friendly.

Really lovely friendlly place. Train and bus station so near. Its easy toget around especially if you dont drive.

The staff were friendly, the location was convenient. I did not like that I had to use the stairs outside.

We enjoyed our stay, our hosts were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, great choice and freshly prepared for us. The location was ideal for our needs. We can strongly recommend it.

This property is within easy reach of St Austell, Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and very reasonably priced. The hosts were helpful and informative when we asked some questions, breakfast was great and there were some nice touches like the recycling bins and a customers fridge in the hallway. Also loved the sun terrace on the roof. In the room itself the shower was particularly impressive with immediate hot water and lots of space. However we only had bath towels rather than sheets which were not very absorbent. The beds also were not that comfortable and you can hear the springs popping when you lay on them. The tea/coffee tray also could have been more substantive. The biggest problem we had however was the radiator which could not be controlled from the room. On the first night it was on full blast on arrival when it had been 24C during the day and we had to ring down to get them to see to it which to their credit they sorted straight away. However on the second night we had the same problem, so this time we just opened all the windows! All in all a reasonable stay at a reasonable price.

Would reccomend this B and B.Good food excellent room.Very amenable host.Will stay there again.
