A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.

Perfect and friendly place to be based while visiting the Eden Project. It is also near the train station and a fab brewery.

This was the second time I chose Gwyndra House as had such a nice stay the first time. The lady who runs it is fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. The B&B is very near to the train station but you don't hear anything from the rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious, and as there are only 3 rooms, you really feel like you're being looked after. The breakfasts are amazing and highly recommended. I look forward to going back again.

Very tidy little B&B great staff, very clean room excellent bed (nice and firm) shower room brilliant clean and good pressure shower. Excellent fry up for breakfast freshly made Easy parking and close to town centre, quick walk to shops and restaurants and pubs.

Happy to have chosen 'Gwyndra' for our first stay on our travel to Cornwall. Place was amazing, we were taken through the process of accessing our room and facilities (which was amazing 😍) Room was roomy, bed was nice and would go back there again. Adelaide and her family were an Amazing Host. Thank you. The Breakfast was the best we had in our 3days visit to Cornwall.

Easy to park. Very friendly staff. Lovely clean spacious room. Breakfast was lovely and a great idea to make your choice of time and food the day before. Great location within 5 minutes walk of St Austell railway and bus stations, and 10-15minute walk from the town centre

Comfortable and quiet. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff who went above and beyond. They even gave us a lift in the car one day, when the bus timetable was difficult, which was a great help.

Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious

Stort rum och stor säng. Saknade en sänglampa och/ eller golvlampa, i övrigt utmärkt! God frukost, ffa champinjonerna! Mycket nära till tågstationen och gång avstånd till centrum, lite längre till Charlestown. Vi fick lämna in bagaget i förväg, smidigt.

Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests. Spacious bathroom with a good shower, tea/coffee replenished daily, great breakfasts... overall good value for money and a handy location for exploring other parts of Cornwall.

Owners are incredibly welcoming and really friendly. We very much enjoyed our daily chats. Breakfast was as belly busting as you wish. Eggs straight from the hens in the garden. All dietary requirements are well catered for . Bathroom could do with updating although everything worked well and was perfectly adequate. We enjoying having a beer and a cuppa on the terrace. We had a very pleasant stay.
