Friendly staff, clean compact rooms. Close to subway and only 5 stops to Time Square. Only complaint - if stayed again would ask for different floor. (12th). Appeared building stores etc were on that floor and continuous people going in out of room all day and night slamming doors etc. outside of that was a great stay.

Very clean room and great staff.

The closet space was limited, and some of the fixtures needed repairs/adjustments, but overall, it was a good experience compared to other hotels in NY at the same price point.

Close to restaurants, easy walk and convenient. Staff were super nice and attentive. .

I left something in my room after check out and called the desk. I asked a question about the item I left. The receptionist told me she would contact housekeeping and call me back but she did not call me back. Poor follow through with customer service. The room itself was comfortable and I appreciate the toiletries provided in the bathroom.

Good location. Close to subway and easy to navigate for visitors to the city. Rooms are decent size for NYC. Walking distance to Greenwich and Washington Square Park. Our bathroom had some mold on the toilet, but nothing over the top. Would definitely stay again
