Excellent hotel and staff!

Great hotel.

Family trip to the Ark Encounter followed by the hotel stay.

Overall good rating. The hair dryer blew the breaker every time it was used. Reported this to the front desk. The couch is extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Breakfast Sunday morning could have been better. Chicken sausage was terrible.

Good location to explore Cincinnati and Ark Encounter. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was decent.

Our stay was not good. There were 12 to 15 kids running around the hotel unattended by adults. I called the front desk and complained about them twice and neither time was anything done. My four-year-old got hit in the head twice in the swimming pool by these kids, swimming in their underwear, which were not forced to leave the pool, even though they were under the acceptable age of being alone without adults. These children had trash in the swimming pool, cardboard cups used to toss water at each other that had disintegrated in the water, towels all over the floor. The bathroom had urine all over the floor. It was absolutely unbelievable. When the swimming pool finally closed, I heard a lot of noise outside our door so I opened it and directly across from our door was the gym and seven of those children that we had trouble with in the pool we’re on the same treadmill at one time. That’s when I called the front desk a second time. again, nothing was done. I got no sleep at all bc our room was in first floor by elevator across from gym and pool even tho I requested 2nd floor or higher. Unreal. For $180 it shouldn’t be this way.

It was amazing. The staff was phenomenal all of them. The amenities were top notch the market was fabulous. Overall on our road trip out of five hotels this was the absolute best.

An excellent hotel. Suites were good- beds great. Friendly staff, and great amenities. Not a single complaint.

We had a good time with family. Close to a lot of attractions. Ark Encounter and Creation Museum close by. Lots of good restaurants. Pool nice, but small. All staff very nice 😊

Had my daughters 13th birthday party with friends here and it was great!!

Really nice room

The property is directly inline with a couple runways. We were woken up numerous times throughout the night due to low flying aircraft. Would expect this on top floor but we were in a first floor suite.
