Hotel was clean and neat, check-in was great with an English-speaking receptionist.

Great staff (the staff tried hard [to speak] English despite [their] lack of words).

Staff very friendly and helpful to book a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

Great location, they also have a Family Mart downstairs so super convenient. The rooms were small but clean.

Dekat banget ke stasiun, mau ke mana-mana dekat. Di bawah hotel ada Family Mart juga, tapi sayang kamar mandinya kayak jadul gitu.

Apart from the hotel staff, the cleaning service staff are also very friendly.

The room is quite spacious for hotel around japan, but the room was so dark, and the staff ask for extra one person fee because I order the room for “1 guests”, meanwhile the title is room for two person

Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan stasiun sehingga mudah untuk pergi kemana-mana dan ada convenience store dalam satu gedung, sangat memudahkan untuk mencari kebutuhan harian, termasuk untuk keperluan sarapan.

Hotel bersih, letak dekat kemana mana, walaupun kamar agak sempit tapi perlengkapan dalam kamar lengkap. Staf hotel ramah. Makan pagi enak.

Location is very good at station shimbashi (go to ginza line exit 3), but the room is very small

Location is in center of Ginza. The room are good, they provides complete amenities like shaver (good quality). Even in small room and in Ginza, they still provide a bathtub. Further, they also provide a sleeping robe. So you don't need to bring your own pajamas.
