There still tissue with makeup on the dressing table when I checked in at first, I was tired I didn’t ask for it.

這裡的住宿環境相當不錯，因為我選擇的是邊間套房所以呢他有兩面很大片的落地窗，他的整體的風景相當不錯，很適合一個人可以來輕鬆放鬆的地方，在飲食的部分，他的早餐是單點的，他並沒有buffet式的早餐，所以我都在外面吃早餐並沒有在飯店吃，房間裡面會提供兩瓶免費的礦泉水，提供的是免費的膠囊咖啡機，有六顆膠囊咖啡是免費的，只可惜的是他沒有盥洗用品就是牙刷牙膏等等這些，所以你必須自己自備牙刷牙膏還有室內拖鞋。他的盥洗備品相當的高級跟舒服，是bliss！整體來說他的是相當舒服的，如果說你不想走路，飯店會有提供兩英里的接送，你只要給司機小費就可以並不用另外付錢，我在付錢之前都會先看Uber收多少錢，再按照實際情況給小費！櫃檯人員的服務算是OK了，有熱心的也有比較冷淡的服務人員，那就看你的運氣囉。

不要走到酒店外面去，看起来挺不安全。我订了三间房间，其中一个晚上8点才拿到房间。我要求补偿，他们才给我50块的酒店信用消费点数。

was expecting more activity

I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go. The property was a little dated for it to be a W hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a good stay

Downtown ATL just doesn’t seem safe to walk around at night. Overall the W hotel was okay.

The property was fun and bustling for cowboy carter weekend. The drinks at the bar were delicious as well. Would stay again

The French toast from the breakfast menu was absolutely delicious. Nice & clean room, comfortable bed.
