The hotel was very noisy and my experience with a desk clerk was appalling, a volley ball was hit onto my balcony from outside my room by a very noisy group of young girls so I decided not to give it back to prevent further interruption of my sleep.
The male , long haired desk clerk came banging on my door demanding I return the ball , this is through the door and the third time he banged on the door , he threatened to use his pass key to get the volley ball , that is when I opened the door , to his verbal abuse , called me wierd and a bad person and demanded my name , I then shut the door in his face , I told him I was going to return the ball to the front desk in the morning.
About 20 min after he left , a lady , I assume the mom came and knocked on my door demanding I give her the ball. She knocked twice , I went to the door on the second knock and told her she was not going to get the ball but could collect it at the front desk in the morning.
There was more but that highlights the evening.
I was in room 221 , Jun 13 for one night.
