The property was absolutely filthy. There was dirt and dust caked everywhere. They need to do a deep, deep cleaning of the entire facility.

The space itself and location was excellent. The pool is nice. The hot tub did stop working a little, but it did storm so I’m guessing it became plugged (unsure). The cleanliness was subpar. My family and I don’t really mind for the most part, however, I had lost something and had to look under the couch. I’m not a perfectly clean gal, but that gave us a little of the “ick”. The showers could’ve used a little scrub as well. A few doors were broken, and the light switches in the guest room worked 50% of the time. Again, not that we spent much time in the hotel, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing it wasn’t clean. We did call for bath towels, bars of soap, and laundry detergent. We never received them. We gave up because we were leaving the next day, but still a little disappointing. Would I stay again? Probably if the price was right. If there was something better, I would probably choose that. I’m not one for reviews but I think the “ick” I got needed to be written. I will comment how nice the staff members were at the front desk—Jules was such a light.

This place was everything we wanted and more.

Our 1st time staying, but we have a friend who stays at least 3 times a year here. We are local so we vosit with her when she is in town. Which is nice bc parking close by on the street is a plus for visitors. We enjoyed our 4 day visit. We plan on returning soon. My husband and I are always trying to do a weekend staycation ecery few months. For out of towners, the beach is across the street with access. However, this section if Treasure Island is very wide. So it is a bit if a walk to reach the shoreline. Unfortunately you can't redo what mother nature has created. Go early in the morning or later in the afternoon. Especially in the summer months. The condos are worth the walk.

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. I was worried about some of the reviews, but the place overall was great! Some stains on the couch, not exactly deep cleaned in the cabinets, under the beds, etc. and the pans really need replaced as they are non stick with scratches all over them. The beach was across the road and we could see it from the 5th floor which was awesome! The check in is at sunset vistas which is about a couple minute drive up the road - didn’t have any issues with this as check in was smooth. Great for the price too.

It's not clean

The property was very nice the condos very clean and spacious. The only issue I had during my stay was contacting the front for more towels and essentials and the elevator was out 2 nights

We could walk right out to the ocean

Its a spacious condominium near the beach.

I have stayed at the Crystal Palm resort multiple times and this was the worst visit. I’ve had we rented the penthouse suite for six girls three bathrooms. We had not one extra Roll toilet paper. No extra towels for six girls for three nights, it took three visits down the street to get a key that would work went to make coffee in the morning and it still had the coffee grounds from the last people in the pot gross then to top it all off the smoke alarm beat all night long got up took the battery out of the smoke alarm and it’s still beep all night long We did finally get some towels and toilet paper dish soap, hand soap at 11 o’clock at night because they had nobody that could give it to us until then. The place is falling apart would never stay there again.

The people that maintain the pool were very pleasant

No soap to start off in either bathrooms. Light bulb out in kitchen. Shower head didn’t work.
