The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast options were good.

PTAC units are too load and can't be turned off.

The facility was nice and well kept. I will stay here again. I had a concern when I returned at 9:30pm. There was a faint smell of marijuana and loud music playing across the hall. It seem to stop after I arrived. The host at the front desk was in a black T-shirt when I left. Not professional.

Would not recommend this hotel if handicapped. Bed was way too high. Bathroom was a joke. Two bars on walls near the commode. No comfortable seating in the room.

Very clean, nice beds and appreciated the USB chargers around the room and dinning room.

Unsafe with people selling drugs from the room next door. Shady people in the parking lot.

Nice and cosy. One problem-bed was too high to get into.

We will definitely stay again next time we are in Vancouver, was an excellent price for the service, cleanliness, the esthetics . Very happy with our stay.
