The hotel staff and the breakfasts were very nice. For the rooms, the design of the washroom and the overall tidiness shall be improved.

A quaint hotel near to the river and away from the busy city centre. A lovely walk from the hotel to Ponte Vecchio especially on a hot summer's day. The hotel itself has a sparse, modern charm - minimalist white decor, however the lack of friendliness and warmth from the concierge team (excluding the night porter, a lovely man who at least made some effort) did dampen my stay. The room itself was cosy, relatively clean however the wardrobe did not open fully because of the bed. There was a mirror at the head of the bed and then facing the wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors was very off-putting, I must say. Despite all of this, I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers in Florence for a short trip.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were excellent. Expresso in the morning was on point.

An unbelievably chic place with everything I could possibly need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s on a major thoroughfare for large walking tours. The windows are thick enough to keep most of the noise out, but it does get loud and crowded at times. Otherwise it’s beautiful, excellent gym equipment, perfect location, friendly professional and responsive staff. Would absolutely stay again.

A pochi passi da Firenze e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Camere spaziose buono il materasso cosi come la colazione. Migliorabile pulizia e manutenzione degli interni.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per un soggiorno di due giorni con mia moglie. La camera non corrispondeva per nulla a quella che mi era stata proposta in occasione della prenotazione on Line. La camera era nel sottotetto con l’unica fonte di luce e di ricircolo dell’aria che proveniva da un lucernario. Il bagno era decisamente privo di ogni tipo di superficie per appoggiarci qualcosa (a parte il piano del wc). Ho chiesto la sostituzione della camera e me ne hanno proposta una con finestra ma piccola e con il letto matrimoniale accostato ad una parete e ovviamente senza comodino. Per la cifra richiesta mi sarei aspettato una maggiore cura delle stanze. Anche le parti comuni lasciavano desiderate. La sala colazione è praticamente in un seminterrato buio e freddo. Uniche note positive la cortesia del personale e la colazione.
