good: lobby is very artistic bad: takes very long time to wait for the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. wifi is week in room.

Poor for airport overnight stay! Highly NOT recommended and waste of money.

因晚上才到機場,問了機場CS才知沒有機場SHUTTER BUS到酒店，最後用了12磅 TAXI到酒店, 建議提早跟酒店預定好SHUTTER BUS. 到達後經酒店職員可明天可BOOK車到機場,最後訂了11:30,車子12點多才到,而且是到機場附近一間酒店門口就叫我下車自己走去機場,雖然只是走5分鐘

Grime around bathroom, visible damage on door, walls and furniture, no lock on bathroom door and the worst of all.......no bedside table, like where am i meant to sit my phone. Overall food and services was ok but room left too much to be discovered

Perfectly located for Stansted Airport & very reasonable. A bit dated on decor but for a short term stay, very convenient

Dirty toilet and a toilet brush left on the side without a holder.

Staff are helpful and the room was comfortable with a decent bed, my only criticism is the breakfast was really not good, no eggs ( although shown on the picture) cold beans and I had the last piece of cold bacon, I could accept this minimal amount if I had been late or early but not at 8am, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Country side feeling and serenity place

The hotel seemed further from Stansted airport than Expedia quoted. The exterior of the property had potential, but wasn't well maintained and there was debris piled up in various locations as I drove around the building. The hotel itself is outdated and could do with some renovation work. The shower stepup in our room was poorly positioned and made for an awkward shower.

The reception was unwelcoming. The rooms were awful, my room the carpet full of cigarette burns. The shower head virtually disconnected. Worst was still to come! They did not have scotch whiskey. The menu pathetic. My friends pizza inedible and stale. My fish a chips were the worst I have ever tasted. In hindsight we should have sent the meals back. The prebooked taxi was 10 minutes late and the driver had to be told to slow down. Without any question, this is the very worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I would not book my dog to stay here. Please advise other people to never stay here. Guy Sawyer

The bathroom had stains and limescale going back forever. I did not have breakfast but the meal made me sick the next day. What I ordered took well over an hour to be ready, and I had to go to reception to see what was going on.

Close to airport shuttle service was good.

Staff were slow to help and wasn’t great at communication to help us with our queries. Only one pillow each given, bathroom didn’t seem too clean, was really hot even with a fan in the room. The shuttle bus was expensive. I would say I’d only recommend it you’re gonna be arrive late to the hotel and leaving early in morning for flight but then again the transport to the airport is expensive. I’d say if premier Inn isn’t too much more then stay there instead

A little disappointed, it was a cheap break but , the hotel is tired. There was a toenail in the bathroom on the floor , I mentioned it to the staff but it wasn’t removed! And I think £9 each for a 2 mile shuttle is a little excessive to the airport.

Les meubles sont un peu anciens , la moquette et un rafraîchissement serais à revoir pour un établissement note 4 étoile. Personnel à l'écoute. La wifi déconne.

The hotel was lovely and great to stay at tge shuttle bus was brilliant and on time. We'll done all.

I am sorry to leave a bad review but was pretty bad. In the bathroom cabinets it was filthy and there was an empty wine bottle, when I mentioned this to the receptionist she didn’t answer!? Only one pillow each provided. The “dining” area reminded me of The Shining!!! In the corridor leading to the rooms there was an old microwave weirdly which can’t be right!!! The whole place needs a serious makeover it’s outdated.

AVOID. Hotel hasn’t been updated for 40 years. Very dated. Poor mattress. Miss matched furniture. Room stank of smoke.

Ideal hotel for people who love fleeting sightings of a cat, piles of discarded rubbish and WiFi that lets you watch about 20% of your program before stopping. The photos of the hotel are very... generous. But I'd imagine, like us, people staying here are only doing so for it's proximity to the airport. The bed was comfy, the shower worked fine (just don't put it on full power if you value having skin left) and it was quiet. We were only there 6-7hours before our early flight. I would stay again if I was flying early or missed the cat.

The property is very dated and unclean. We had hair in our beds and the heater was broken and on all night. The breakfast was very average and alao had hair in it. The transport from the hotel was efficient but very expensive for auch a short trip.
