The room was clean, freshly renovated and spacious. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was not very friendly and helpful. They appeared to be annoyed that we arrived 1/2 hour early for 4pm check in. Said they would try to get the room ready for 4 (as if they were doing us a favour). Didn’t offer storage for our luggage or any suggestions where to wait, walk etc while we wait. After the first night we complained via their messaging platform (which stated 1-3 hour response time) that the bed being very uncomfortable and asked about a different room or a different mattress. We didn’t hear back until after we checked out for a two night stay.
