Bed bugs!! Photo evidence!My daughters were forced to drive home over 3 hours at 11pm. No room change was offered. A young lady and her teen sister should not be forced to drive home due to verified evidence of bed bugs. Front desk person was extremely combative when refund was demanded. The “manager” was on speaker phone with the Front desk, just say to email the picture and will deal with it in the morning. If no new room was offered, I guess you take the chance of bed bugs or not if you stay here. But I’ll see you in court, please just pay the bills for heat vehicle cleaning, professional clothing cleaning!!

Breakfast ok

Unfortunately, the property was undergoing construction on the 2nd floor (due to leaking). The coffee machine and pancake maker were broken for our entire stay. And if you want a hot shower in the morning, don’t stay here on Friday or Saturday nights. Monday morning was no problem. The hotel staff are aware of the hot water issue and didn’t offer anything for our satisfaction.

First off 4.99 resort fee? This isnt a resort its a falling apart motel. No hot water clogged sink and couldnt even get a cup of coffee due to machine being broke but worse off, if you have a room on the bottom floor in the morning the staff leaves the laundtlry door open while they clean so you hear a loud high pitch ring from the washer and dryers

Because we arrived early, we were put in a handicap room and since we are not handicapped, using the bathroom was very unaccomadating. The shower curtain is mounted way to high allowing water to get all over the bathroom. There is hardly any where to put our personal toiletries. No toilet lid on seat. Sliding hand held shower rod does not lock in place. Bottom of bathroom door was very banged up, large black marks on outside wall (presumably from wheelchair users). Room key didn’t want to work most of the time and the door was difficult to open/close (really had to push). Breakfast was lousy (eggs tasted like army surplus powdered eggs)

Our stay was great, stayed a night due to double concert weekend! Only thing we had issue with is how much light comes threw the blackout curtains so couldn’t really sleep in well, and water in shower was Luke warm not really hot.

A good trip to see a concert at Penn National Race Track. Only a five minute drive away. A nice free breakfast hit the spot. Loved the kitchenette too.

Our room had great features. Sitting area, kitchen, king bed. Overall clean, but had a bug spray smell. The pool, arcade, and gym were great and open until 10pm. The breakfast was great with more to choose from than your standard free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms could use some upgrades, the bathroom for example, the bed pillows could also be a little bigger. The pool was amazing my kids loved it. The staff is very friendly! The free breakfast is a bonus, decent enough meal.

Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended We had a really bad experience at MainStay Suites - Grantville - Hershey North. After checking in, we went to our room (Room 310), and it smelled awful—like something had died or there was mold. The smell was so strong, we couldn’t stay in there. I asked the front desk to change our room, but they said no other rooms were available.The front desk/ reception told us we could cancel and go somewhere else instead. The girl who ched us in tried spraying something in the room, but it didn’t help at all. We left the door open for 5–10 minutes, but the smell stayed. Since we had kids with us, we didn’t want to take any risks. We checked out within 15 minutes and asked for a refund. They only refunded part of the amount, after subtracting Expedia’s fees. Now we still have to deal with Expedia to try to get the rest of our money back. I would suggest everyone stay away from this place if you don’t want to ruin your vacation or trip. Very poor service and a terrible experience overall.

The place was clean. I was only there for a quick overnight. I would say it's just not updated. I wouldn't want to stay here for more than a night. Also I was greeted with a huge pothole, which I almost got it flat as soon as you pull in the parking lot next to a sewer.Grate

We stayed for 2 days. Room was very good. Breakfast was ok, the kids loved it. The game room had multiple issues including very hot and breakdowns. Card reader stopped working so kids a bit disappointed. Overall it was a nice place to stay and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had the best time. The Staff was Amazing, Kind, Very Friendly and Knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and we Loved the fact that we had a full size refrigerator. We all wished that we could stay a whole lot longer. We are planning to come back for another stay very soon. Thank You for Your Hospitality ❤️ Blessings to you and your family!
