โรงแรมสวย ราคาไม่แพง เดินทางสะดวก อาหารพอใช้ สรุป ดีครับ

The hotel is very grand, particularly the lobby. Room was nice and spacious with huge comfy bed. We got lucky with balcony with pool view (only on 3rd floor - most rooms won't have this). The room is quite dated and certain aspects are in need of renovation, particularly the bathroom. No wifi which is kinda crazy for a hotel like this at this price! Pool area really nice, and always quiet. I'd probably say a bit overpriced and in need of some investment and modernization.

ที่ล้อบบี้ยุงเยอะมาก นั่งเกินสิบนาทีนี่อาจจะเป็นไข้เลือกออกเลยก็ได้ ตอนเช็คอินนานมาก พนักงานสองคนดูมือใหม่ ทำงานไม่เป็น หาบุ้กกิ้งไม่เจอ เราก็เปิดอีเมล์ให้ดูแล้ว บอกปริ้นมาดูสิ ก็บอกห้องบัญชีปิดแล้ว ปริ้นไม่ได้ ต้องพรุ่งนี้เช้าถึงตรวจสอบใหม่ ตอนนี้ให้วางเงินไว้ 4 พันก่อน แล้วพรุ่งนี้ถึงมาเอาคืน กว่าจะผ่านไปได้ เสียเวลาไปนานมาก ตัดสินใจอะไรไม่ได้เลย โดยรวมๆ แล้วแย่ เรื่องง่ายๆ แต่ทำให้ยาก จริงๆแล้วเป็นโรงแรมใหญ่ น่าจะมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากกว่านี้ ห้องอาหารเช้าธรรมดามาก 5/10

รอเช็คอินจนบ่าย 4 รออยู่ 2ชั่วโมง ต้องไปตามหลายรอบกว่าจะได้ห้อง พนักงานเคาร์เตอร์ สอบถามไม่ให้คำตอบที่ชัดเจน ไม่ได้เรื่องเลย

The Hotel is in perfect location but quite difficult to communicate with them due to language barrier. Tour agent at the hotel charge unreasonable price so better look outside for package arrangement. Comfortable and no issue with wifi during my stay for 6 days. Hotel clean and tidy.

ตอนจองไม่ได้กดจำนวนคน จองไป 2 ห้อง มา 4 คน แต่ทางโรงแรมบอกว่านอนได้แค่ห้องละคนตามที่กดจองมา ถ้าจะนอนห้องละ 2 คน ต้องเก็บเงินเพิ่มอีกคนละ 400 เลยโดนไปอีก 800

ชอบอาหารเช้าของโรงแรม ห้องพัก OK การบริการของแหลม OK

ต้องจัดการความสะอาดตามซอก ตู้เย็น เตียง ห้องน้ำก๊อกหมุนยาก ฝืดมาก ฝักบัวใช้ได้เฉพาะน้ำเย็น น้ำอุ่นใช้ได้ในอ่างเท่านั้น ห้องอาหารจัดมุมอาหารกระจายมาก อาหารหลบมุมไม่เกาะกลุ่มเพื่อจะได้หาได้สะดวก การบริการก็ต้องปรับปรุงด้วย

It is quite centre of Chiang Mai and price is very acceptable.

The Chiang Mai Plaza is a quiet relaxing spot close to the Night Bazaar. The lobby is massive and is beautifully decorated with classic thai figures. The rooms haven't been renovated recently but are clean. As a frequent guest sometimes check in can be difficult but it seems to have improved this trip. The pool is great and the staff are friendly.

สถานที่ดีมาก!!! ทำเลดีมาก หาง่าย โรงแรมตกแต่งสวยงาม พนักงานที่ฟรอนต์น่ารักค่ะ วันที่เข้าพักมีแขกต่างชาติเยอะมาก (คนพักที่นี่ส่วนมากเป็นต่างชาติ) แต่ดูแลลูกค้าทุกคนได้เท่าเทียมกัน พนักงานทุกส่วนดูแลดีหมด ยิ้มแย้มทักทาย ถามไถ่ตลอด ห้องพักสวยงามสะอาด สระว่ายน้ำขนาดกลางๆ แต่ตกแต่งบริเวณโดยรอบได้ดีค่ะ อาหารเช้าเยอะพอใช้ได้ค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

Close to the Night Bazaar. Nice pool and nice lobby however this time, there were ants in two rooms over the 4 days I stayed there. That needs attention.

The Chiang Mai Plaza has a beautiful lobby with great antiques displayed all over the first floor. In the evening, they have some very nice music played with traditional Thai instruments for a couple hours. The pool is very nice and the breakfast quite nice. The furniture is quite old but attractive if you like that type of atmosphere. I do. However the hotel lacks the hospitality that a great hotel always has. I travel in Thailand once to twice a month and the Chiang Mai Plaza is the only place that has refused to give me a double bed, even when requested beforehand. Probably for the same reason, I and other customers have had to wait 20-30 minutes or longer to check in. Both these reasons are enough to drive customers away to more modern and friendly hotels. Because I like the older furnishings, the lobby and the pool, I visit this hotel fairly often however, be aware that there are customer service and most likely management problems with this place.

Great hotel good price.

เนื่องด้วยเข้าใจว่าเดินทางคนเดียว ต้องการเตียงซิงเกิล จึงจองซิงเกิลไป 1 เตียง แต่ไปถึงทางโรงแรมให้เตียงคู่มา พร้อมทั้งบอกว่า ถ้าต้องการเตียงเดี่ยวต้องจองเป็น 2 คน คือเราเดินทางคนเดียว ทานอาหารเช้าคนเดียว และต้องการเตียงใหญ่ๆ นอนสบายๆๆ
