我們在這裡住了三晚。總的來說，飯店內部裝潢很棒，房間也很乾淨，員工非常熱情（其實大多數義大利人都很友善！）。伯恩納酒店地理位置優越，靠近所有景點，就在米蘭中央車站對面，非常方便。客房清潔人員也很樂於助人。可惜的是，飯店沒有提供沐浴乳和洗髮精等盥洗用品。而且房間對兩個帶著兩件大行李的人來說有點小。 但整體來說，入住體驗很棒，下次還會考慮入住這家飯店 :)

It sucks! Reception is rude! Surely will not come back.

Location: Near from Milano Centrale about 5 mins walk, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Near from Penny who sells chocolates and groceries with minimum price (it's important to buy oleh-oleh hehe). Room: enough. Lift: somehow unique, but grateful they're having a lift to bring our luggages. Price: OK

It's a good place to stay with perfect location which closed to central station. It would be more perfect if our room get room cleaning service too

Near Milan central station. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. Many restaurants are near this hotel and there is a small supermarket too. I will stay in there again if I am going to Milan

Hotelnya bagus cuma kamar mandinya agak kecil, but it's ok, lokasi strategis dan pelayanannya juga baik, sarapannya juga memuaskan, jika saya berkunjung kembali ke Milan saya lebih memilih hotel ini karena lokasinya strategis dan capucinonya enak,saya rekomendasikan hotel ini bagi anda-anda yang ingin berkunjung ke Milan, ciaooo...
