Staff were very helpful, rooms very clean with comfy bed but maybe a bit dated. Great breakfast with lovely fresh fruit and excellent cakes. Ideal location for exploring Bergamo and beyond.Over all the hotel was very good.

Very out dated place. Carpet in breakfast area is unacceptable dirty. The whole place needs a decent renovation.

Frustrated that I couldn’t use the rooftop terrace for a drink. It’s restaurant only! We arrived late so didn’t want the restaurant. So went to the sports bar for a drink.

Very decent hotel, great staff, location and breakfast. Small shower though.

The location is excellent and well place for visiting the Citte Alta. Because we were only there for 1 night, I chose a standard room. The furnishings were very good apart from the carpet which was faded and the antiquated hairdryer! This didn’t spoil anything though. The public areas were beautifully maintained and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.

RAS, propre, bonne literie, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très serviable. Seul bémol cout du parking trop cher.

The hotel is very convenient and ideally situated for easy access from Bergamo Airport by taxi and for walking to both Bergamo Old Town and the New Town. The buffet breakfast had a very wide choice and the staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to leave our bags until our late afternoon flight home.

Perfekt beliggenhet sentralt mellom citta alta og citta bassa, flybuss som stopper rett utenfor osv. Rolig område. God frokost, renhold på rommet daglig. Rommet vårt bar preg av å ikke være oppusset på en god del år, noe som trekker ned helhetsinntrykket for vår del.

Rooms were fairly clean and well equipped. Food was ok . Could do with caffeteria with few manageable items as guest have nothing to have quick bite with coffee . Bathrooms should be equipped with proper toiletries and accessories basic atleast

Très bien situé, à 2 pas du funiculaire qui monte à la vieille ville. Un peu vieillot mais pour le temps qu'on y passe ça suffit largement. Petit déjeuner au top !

Nice stay, clean room, nice breakfast. Dinner at the roof on 8th floor dissapointing with main dishes fish and meat without any taste

Our room was of the newly renovated rooms so was lovely. Breakfast is excellent as was the roof terrace restaurant. Would have hesitation recommending this hotel.
