Third time I have stayed. Welcoming traditional hotel in a good location. Pool was great, clean, plenty of loungers on new terrace area and not crowded. A new snall gym with a good selection of machines. Breakfast was lovely. Very Italian. Some people paid extra for fried eggs etc. I had an older room. They're quite small and could do with fewer chairs! But have much more character than the new beige ones and the bed was really comfy.

Really nice hotel in the walking distance of the beach. Nice evening program. Relaxing pool.

Nice hotel with good breakfast. However first room offered was 208. This room was completely unsuitable for 2 people, not enough room to even put 2 suitcases in the room! Lucky they had another room. Also had to pay to use their swim towels. This is completely unreasonable and not made clear on arrival.

Lille værelse som var mørkt og uden adgang til balkon. Synes det var alt alt alt for dyrt i forhold til prisen. Meget lille mørkt værelse med gamle møbler.

Super Lage

The location is pretty good, the rooms are very simple and a little dated but we really didn't spend much time there. We didn't feel welcomed by most of the staff.

Bra hotell i Garda, svårslaget läge till gamla staden. Hotellet är av ordinarie italiensk standard men mwd bra AC. Mycket service intiktad personal.

Close to the lake and restaurants etc. Pool a bit cold and rooms a bit tired but a good stay! Staff very friendly and helpful and was clean. Would recommended for a reasonably priced hotel near the lake.

Our first room was not a twin, which we’d booed.

Schöne zentrale Lage, Zimmer etwas klein, sehr sauber, guter Service. Auf Sonderwunsch, wie eine Unterlage für eine etwas weichere Liegefläche, wurde eingegangen.

9 qm Einzelzimmer ohne Balkon, sehr spartanische Einrichtung für 96 EUR inkl. Frühstück viel zu teuer; lange Warteschlangen am Frühstücksbuffet wie in einer Schulkantine; z.T. verschiedene Sachen u.a. Vollkornbrötchen schon um 08.15 Uhr vergriffen und auf Rückfrage die Antwort "gibt es nicht mehr"; auch nur für den 2. Kaffee muss man sich wieder ganz hinten in der Warteschlange einreihen

Alles perfekt gute Lage

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service hätte schneller sein können. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein wir konnten gerade so ums Bett gehen, das Bad und vorallem die Dusche waren eine Frechheit. Für große oder Dicke Menschen keine Möglichkeit und die Dusche zu kommen. Unsere Freunde hatten ein größeres Zimmer und keine Probleme

Struttura datata con arredi anni 70. Camera piccola e bagno àd incastri come un loculo. Personale di scarsa professionalità e sottodimensionato. Ristorazione molto scadente e servizio lento. Unica positività la posizione centrale.

Ein toller Familienbetrieb in guter Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ein Pool und Parkplatz sind dabei und man ist in 30 Sekunden Gehzeit (überqueren der Straße durch eine kleine Grünfläche) am See. Es gibt alle Variationen der Verpflegung (F/M/A). Ich werde wieder kommen und kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Great pool and bar, the staff were a delight. The food was as always deliciously Italian. OK, the room was slightly dated, but to be fair the idea is breakfast, out and about all day until midnight! 50 metres walk and you hit the Lake side, so a great location with plenty parking. Also the pool has an underground toilet/shower/changing area which was far more convenient than up and down to the room.

Lovely staff, decent food for half board, excellent location and pool, plenty of sun loungers.
