喜歡飯店的地點還有早餐. 我的房間窗戶望出去是西班牙階梯上方的教堂. 我開窗在窗前吃午餐, 看著來來往往的旅客, 還有窗外教堂的景色, 非常開心.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. We had a great stay.

部屋は眺めがとても良かったのですが、高い部屋なのに初日に洗面所の排水バルブが壊れて水びたしになりました。 すぐに対応できずその状態で翌日の昼まで修復にかかりました。 ホテルからは謝罪も何もありませんでした。 治ったから良いだろ？という感じです。 歯磨き用のコップは3泊もしたのにずっと一個だけでした 。 日本のホテルとは全く異なり、民宿のような感じで、自分たちはそれで十分だと思っているようです。 文化の違いかもしれません

Breakfast was great!

Hotel room was in a annex property down a hill from the hotel, however, this did not matter as the room and the view were outstanding. Also, the hotel staff was very attentive and brought us what ever we needed including breakfast daily.

Popular attractions are right nearby, and we really appreciated the room layout, which accommodated our family of four comfortably without the need for a sofa bed. The customer service was outstanding; the receptionist was very friendly and recommended two excellent restaurants. The waitstaff at breakfast were also incredibly welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

My family of four stayed in the panoramic suite and absolutely loved it. More than enough space in the room and the balcony is to die for. Staff was always available to help and very friendly!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly staff. The room was very clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel was walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. Overall, my family and I had a great time in Rome and we would stay at the hotel again.

Breakfast was always fresh and he people that worked at the hotel were very helpful. We did not speak Italian and they helped us get a taxi to the airport for an early morning departure. When we checkin they walked us to room and explained a few things. Everyone always polite and smiling.

We loved everything about our stay! Our room was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect location and the morning breakfast was fresh daily! I would definitely come back.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal with an impressive variety of choices. I would absolutely stay here again if (when) I return to Rome. My stay was in June so the air conditioning was very welcome.

Clean modern updated air conditioned room with a great view. Staff was very helpful and booked was able to book transfer to and from the airport and the cruise ship port. The breakfast was great every day.

Fabulous from start to finish. We stayed there twice with a short trip to Sardinia in the middle and loved it. Great staff, the most wonderful view from our room and walking distance to everything. We will be back
