We were robbed. Staff didn’t seem to be shocked about it or sympathetic. It is advertised that there is CCTV but when it came to us needing it, they told us it doesn’t even work - and because of this, police said there was nothing they could do as there was no “proof”. We went out for dinner for 1 hour with our one and only key, after ensuring our door and windows were closed and locked. We came back to find our door and bags wide open with our belongings strewn across the floor. We frantically searched through our items to find money taken from wallets. Night staff were dismissive. We told them what had happened and we were visibly shaken up. Mostly, we worried about the fact that someone could quite clearly get into our room and we had to stay in there for another two nights before we left. We were told the only people that could get into the room were those with a keycard, which clearly wasn’t true considering we were robbed. Don’t recommend risking this stay.

Absolut identisch Italienisch. Mir hat es sehr gut gefallen.. trotz kleinen technischen Mängel im Badezimmer. Personal herzlich und nett.

Old hotel which was probably beautiful in its day but now very worn out . Especially the check in area . The room was big with a great view though !

It has a nice view and friendly staff. That’s the only great thing about this hotel. Ac doesn’t work and ventilation is not clean. I’m not a smoker but being placed at a non smoking room is not ideal.

Le service est super, le petit déjeuner également de qualité, le seul point négatif est la salle de bain où il faut clairement faire de la rénovation.

Ottima accoglienza. Ho avuto un problema indipendente dall'hotel e mi hanno aiutato a risolverlo. Camera ottima. Il bagno. Ho riscontrato alcuni problemini, acqua che fuoriesce dalla cabina doccia, che però ho riscontrato in altre strutture simili.

We got a room on the top floor - nice view of the beach but that was pretty much it. Bathroom was old and dirty smelling, water pressure non existent. Tiny elevator and hotel hallway smells like smoke. Breakfast was ok; had to pay extra for parking. Night staff was terrible but morning staff friendly. You’re better off going to the hotel next door (Hotel Belsgiornno) - parking is included and the breakfast is better.

Hôtel vraiment très vieillot. Besoin de rafraîchissement! Chambre très basique pour le prix. Mal isolé. Petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon ! Par contre, bien placé e personnel plutôt sympathique et serviable.

Pernottamento di un notte, ci hanno dato una stanza vista mare ma l' arredamento è molto vecchio, bagno senza finestra e parcheggio privato a pagamento anche in bassa stagione. La colazione pessima, meglio farla al bar

Rien a dire sur le petit déjeuner,le personnel est aimable, par contre l'insonorisation est insuffisante,on entend les gens parler des chambre voisines, une réelle rénovation des chambres et salle d'eau serait vraiment nécessaire.Proche du centre, idéal pour les ballades en bord de mer et le marché. Attention, pas de chaines françaises a télé, pour apprendre l'italien, c'est le top !!!

Déception dès l'arrivée. Nous avions pourtant réservé 1 mois à l'avance une chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer. On nous a attribué 1 chambre sans balcon, sans vue sur mer, toutes les places du parking gratuit attenant à l'hotel pour les hotes étaient déjà réservées. Obligation de se garer dans la rue. La chambre laisse à désirer, le support de douche, le support papier toilette, le couvercle de WC sont mals fixés. Manque d'entretien.

De prøvede at give os et andet ringere værelse end bestilt. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes. Morgenmaden var mangelfuld. Meget nedslidt. God beliggenhed, tæt på stranden og byen.
