great place and nice stay experience.

飯店門口就是教堂圓頂排隊處!入住的是空間較小的雙人房(較難展開大的28吋行李箱)，有暖氣，但窗戶開一小縫隙後會有蚊子，不過很幸運地，這房間仍看的到教堂圓頂一部分喔。早餐非常豐盛，有炒蛋、火腿、烤土司、麵包、優格、水果，相當好吃。

這間旅館有個非常小巧、復古的電梯，只能容納3人。櫃檯人員很快就辦好入住手續，態度也很親切！因為我訂的是最便宜的房間，所以開窗無法直接看見百花大教堂，不過沒關係，一樓出去就是了，而且登頂的入口就在門口左前方，登頂完腳痠還可以馬上回房間休息。 附近各式商店應有盡有，很好逛！

能住在百花大教堂旁邊真是不錯的體驗，鬧中取靜的房間，飯店又有mini bar提供房客可隨時坐下來沖杯咖啡付息聊聊天，感覺很好。20176月入住時，飯店還有the mall單程車票5歐的優惠，不妨可將購物行程考慮進去

It was an amazing stay! Definitely return

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel and even paid extra for a Duomo view, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The room was very small, outdated, and had an unpleasant odor every time I walked in. The view was underwhelming, and overall, the experience didn’t feel like good value for the price. On a positive note, the location is excellent — everything is within walking distance, which was convenient. The staff were also friendly and professional throughout my stay. However, safety was a concern. I had early morning tours, and when I left around 6 AM, there was a person sleeping at the entrance of the hotel. It made me feel uneasy and detracted from the experience. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. While the location is great, it just wasn’t worth the cost or discomfort.

The staff was very nice and the room very very clean. I had a private balcony with a voew of the Duomo, which was very convenient. The room was small but had everything I needed. Large nice bathroom. The location of the hotel is unbeatable. I would recommend this to anyone.

In our room the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. It took a while to get room comfortable

Property is older, however, the amenities and services including a wonderful breakfast service override the older entry. Staff recommendations for dinner were superb. Location is across the street from the Duomo and window faces the dome.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Duomo. It was clean, well maintained, and best of all, centrally located. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there when I return to Florence.

La verdad no dormimos ahí ni una noche. En el elevador aolo cabe 1 persona con maletas, y al llegar al lobby hay que subir escaleras para llegar al cuarto. La ventana deñ cuarto con vista al Duomo no abría así que no había vista. Y había mucho olor a drenaje en la habitacion; nos cambiamos de hotel y pedimos algun tipo de reembolso y no conseguimos nada.

You will be in the middle of everything, super walkable, but quiet at the same time. I stayed in the small single bedroom and I appreciate having such options for solo travellers.
