前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。

優點:位置方便，免費停車。 缺點:住在二館沒有管理人員，較缺安全感，建議住在本館。另外浴室感應式電源不靈，人還在裡面卻自動關燈。

Quarto espaçoso, hotel bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico e com estacionamento. Bom café da manhã.

Hotel situato in zona centrale, comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino alla struttura. La camera ha tutti i confort tipici di una catena alberghiera internazionale. Il personale è gentile e professionale.

Very nice place and nice staff. The breakfast lady was so helpful and also the staff working in the lobby.

Nous sommes arrivés le lundi 16 juin au soir vers 18 :00 et avons eu la bonne surprise d’avoir été « upgraded » et donc de pouvoir rester dans le bâtiment principal, ce qui fut bien mieux pour les bagages et le petit déjeuner. La jeune dame, Claire, qui nous accueillit était française, ce qui améliora les choses pour les membres de la famille qui ne parlaient ni anglais ni italien… Claire nous indiqua sur des plans de la ville les principaux points d’intérêt à Parme et nous recommanda quelques restaurants. Celui de notre choix fut excellent, bien qu’un peu cher. Le lendemain, jour de notre départ, se passa très bien avec un très bon petit déjeuner avant de récupérer la voiture au parking couvert de l’hôtel. Un excellent séjour en somme.

Nice staff. The air conditioned is controlled by the staf. You have to tell them if you want more cold of hot air.. The neighborhood is quite and nice.Lot of restaurants nearby.

Jeg forstår ikke, hvorfor alle elektriske devices er tændt, når jeg træder ind i værelset. Det kan ikke være miljøvenligt. Ellers fint ophold

A little surprised bedrooms were 7 mins walk from reception check in. A bit tricky to find the rooms.

Hôtel très bien situé à côté du centre ville de Parme. Très tranquille, avec beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Attention, nombre très limité des places de parking.

Property was clean and staff friendly- however the AC and heat controlled by front desk. If you wanted no heat and wanted room to cool down - open the window. No laundry service available.

パルマ駅から徒歩圏内のホテル。近隣にレストランやバルも多数あり、食事には困りません。私が伺った時は日本人スタッフ、日本語を話すイタリア人スタッフがいたので大変助かりました。

Soggiorno confortevole

Non ho pernottato all’Ibis Styles Parma Toscanini, per un errore ho prenotato il giorno prima della data in cui mi serviva il pernotto. 15 giorni prima ho chiesto tramite Expedia se potevo modificare la data dall’11 aprile al 12 aprile. Mi è stato risposto che bisognava pagare una penale, in pratica l’intero costo del soggiorno. Ho optato per un altro albergo. Sicuramente non tornerò più all’Ibis

Hotel in pieno centro, camere pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura

avevo prenotato la struttura perché vicina al centro e con parcheggio disponibile, il parcheggio era disponibile ma ad esaurimento e il parcheggio coperto era a pagamento ma i posti disponibili erano troppo piccoli, niente di ciò era mensionato, ritengo responsabile anche expedia che non ha dettagliato i servizi che potevano essere richiesti.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Réception très pro, rapide et sympas. Parking hôtel très pratique. Chambre spacieuse, très calme comme je l’avais demandé à la préservation. Très propre, bonne literie. Pdj sucré salé très bon hôtel très bien placé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et des monuments principaux. Pour la restauration, il y a la Trattoria Corrieri à 2 mn à pied , super sympa, très bon rapport qualité prix

è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente proprio davanti all'hotel, se si ha la fortuna di trovare un posto libero, altrimenti si può prenotare un parcheggio nel loro garage al costo di eur 12 al gg - camera pulitissima, letto confortevole, temperatura della stanza ottima- buona la colazione
