Parking was a bit of an issue. Had to park in a public parking lot. It was close so not a big deal. Lots of walkable restaurants in area

Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par le réceptionniste qui nous a proposé une place dans le garage de l'hôtel pour la voiture, nous laissé nous installer dans notre chambre spacieuse , avant de nous indiquer les restaurants à proximité. Linge de toilette impécable et draps de bain de belle taille, Excellent petit déjeuner en buffet, varié et copieux. Très bonne insonorisaion bien que l'hôtel se situe en centre ville. Adresse à retenir pour un prochain passage à Alessandria

Our “double room” was small but adequate. Unfortunately it was at the front corner of the hotel, right over a busy road so we couldn’t open the window became it was so noisy ☹️ Breakfast was adequate but with limited choices, more cakes and sweets than protein options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Struttura comoda per centralità. Personale gentile. Dovrebbero curare maggiormente la pulizia delle camere e migliorare la varietà della colazione.

Room was clean and the staff were friendly. located a short distance from the historic center. Walk to the train station.

Schönes Hotel inmitten der Stadt mit Möglichkeit die Fahrräder sicher unterzubringen.

valgte hotellet fordi de hadde parkering. Det må tas med en klype salt. vi fikk tildelt en parkeringsplass 600 meter bort fra hotellet, som forøvrig var for liten for bilen. De var serviceminded på hotellet og hjalp oss med en annen litt større parkering. ca. 5 min å gå til sentrum. Helt grei lokalisering. Veldig fin by.

En stopp på veien til Gardasjøen, fin by og mye gamle bygninger

Desk team very kind and helpful,breakfast a little poor,parking facility very useful and price acceptable considering location and size of the room. We were two adults and 2 teenage boys and stayed for a week

It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay.
