地點很好，距離主要公車站走路大概七分鐘左右，離海灘也近。樓下就有小雜貨店。房間即使設備有點年紀，仍維持得很乾淨舒適。服務人員非常友善，願意提供幫助。

因為是蜜月於是主動幫我們升等為海景房(附陽台), 飯店人員非常有善也很親切,是在這趟旅程中最享受的一晚

This place is a gem in positano ! Salvatore and his team made us so welcome and took care of everything for us - from car reservations to boat renting to restaurants .the rooms are clean , but spacious . I highly recommend this hotel ! Thank you again for your hospitality

Bongiorno! The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating to the point where they made us feel like we were staying at our friend’s place. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. There was a lot of shelf space in the room to put our stuff which was nice, the location was fantastic being only steps away from the path to the beach and tour ships, as well as TONS of wonderful shops with amazing things to purchase including hand made sandals made right in front of us. The restaurants were amazing, including Da Vincenzo, where we had an amazing meal and personalized service from the owner himself. Every day we were there, we walked the beautiful street for exercise and see amazing views everywhere we turned. We ended up at il San Pietro one day, which is a Michelin property. It’s very expensive but a nice place to visit for the breathtaking views, amazing drinks and snack presentation and exquisite property tucked into the mountainside. Hotel Bougainville is definitely a place we’d stay again on our next trip to the fabulous town of Positano. Ciao! Chris

The hotel room had amazing amenities; coffee, daily water, smart tv, automatic blinds, AC/heat, safe, mini fridge. The hotel also had a great breakfast buffet that's included with every room; variety of options and also delicious. Staff also serve you drinks during breakfast. They also keep their lounge open all day for drinks and relaxation. Their concierge Imma went above and beyond to help us during our stay. My knee was hurting and she offered daily ice for me, let me know about their accessible lift if needed, suggested certain medications from the pharmacy that could help, etc. She also printed a map of Sorrento and gave us many tips and recommendations on it for us because she knew we were heading to that town next. She always ensured we were taken care of and always accommodated to us or offered accommodations. We couldn't speak more highly of her. We definitely recommend this hotel! The only critique is that the rooms arent sound proof. You can hear guests that are in rooms close to you so maybe bring earplugs if sensitive to sound!

Hotel was lovely - well located, my triple room was comfortable and spacious, and amenities were provided (without needing to ask for them). The team was excellent and the highlight of the stay, getting in touch early to offer suggestions, transportation options, making sure we were comfortable, and even reaching out about earphones that my friend had left behind. This is the cutest property. Area is clean, bright, upbeat and still quaint. The breakfast was the best we had in all 15 days of our travels. The hosts helped answer all of our questions.

This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s about a seven minute walk down to the beach. The balcony’s look over one of the main strips with shops and restaurants. Very walkable area. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating. They assisted us with booking a day trip to Almalfi, and they always asked how our stay was going when they greeted us in the lobby. Breakfast and the cappuccinos were delicious!
