地點方便，離Victoria站步行不到10分鐘。房間乾淨。

房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。

地點方便，距離Victoria station7-10分鐘路程，隔一條街有不少餐廳及1間大型超市，略嫌酒店早餐比較簡單，總括來說是一個好選擇。

由於沒有lift ,梯級比較窄，住高層拎大件及重的行李不太方便。早餐非常普通。清潔房間時發現門的安全鍊壞了主動修理好。地點非常方便及寧靜。

I live in Taiwan, certainly the booking is written in Chinese when I received the confirmation of booking from Hotels. com. But all the critical information such as booking no, hotel name, booking name and check in date were both written in English and Chinese. Strangely, the front desk said couldn’t help me to check in cause the information were not ALL in English since he didn’t know Chinese. I explained to him but no use! Finally, I got the room key after a hard bargaining and tolerated his impolite attitude. What a discrimination! I will not choose this Hotel again.

The family type rooms are suitable for sleep, no much more space to locate 4 suitcases. Bathroom is also small.

房間雖少，尚算潔淨，尤其新装修浴室，只是花洒水力太弱，好像是大部份英國酒店的通病，可能是省水原因。地點十分方便，7~8 分鐘腳程到Victoria 火車站，找吃的很方便。酒店早餐也算ok.

Fint london værelse og venligt personale. Tæt på Victoria station og Bus 24 til Centrum.

It was an affordable option for our family of 5 in London. Very basic but perfect for our needs as didn’t spend much time in the room. It was hot in the heat wave but there were fans to try to keep it as cool as possible.

Simple, central, clean—everything you could ask for for a weekend trip to London!

Perfect stay for a couple of days. No air con but it wasn't needed even if it was hot. Close to Victoria Station so you can see everything you need

Stayed two nights. Nice beds, newly renovated bathrooms. Small room and bathroom, but ok if you only need it for sleep.

Room was really tiny and over 30 degrees all night. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs with cases. Definitely not suitable for the less mobile. Also charged extra to hold bags as room wasn’t ready. Also, paid for breakfast but didn’t get any.

Was a great stay Staff are lovely and rooms are in great condition id definitely recommend for a place to stay and also in a great area

Die Lage war sehr gut, Victoria U-Bahn Station und die Bushaltestelle war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Comfort Doppelzimmer war extrem klein, das Bett ebenfalls. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, welcher warme Tage nicht wirklich erträglich machte. Wir wollten das Fenster über den Tag geschlossen halten und die Vorhänge zumachen um Hitze zu vermeiden. Die Reinigungskraft machte jedes mal alles auf, somit war es abends stickig im Zimmer. Es gab keine Schilder, dass eine Reinigung nicht gewünscht ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The carpet was nasty and smells awful and the beds are full of bedbugs.

Personnel très gentil, nous avons reçu la chambre à l’avance mais malheureusement aucun intérêt car impossible de rester dans la chambre tellement il faisait une chaleur insupportable. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur en plus pour la nuit mais ça n’a pas suffit. Une nuit horrible, on suffoquait presque dans la chambre. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre ni la porte car petit sas étouffant également. Nous avons quitté le logement très tôt pour respirer et s’hydrater mais pour presque 400 euros la nuit, une climatisation portable serait un minimum pour pouvoir dormir. Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil mais pas d’excuse, pas de compensation. Dommage! Car quartier très bien personnel sympa mais séjour gâché complètement.

Good value for money, friendly staff. Our room has been refurbished and was clean. Due to the hot weather the room was difficult to cool down.

Hotel was ok, room was incredibly hot and we found someones toe nail on the bed dide table. Staff were very friendly and helpful
