地點方便，離Victoria站步行不到10分鐘。房間乾淨。

房間清潔，但很細。離火車站大約10分鐘步程。浴室無浴露，只有小肥皂。熱水瓶內發熱線生锈。早餐只有一部殼物機自己加牛奶，一部咖啡機，再加一人一盒仔乳酪。無升降機，要行長長的樓梯，行動不方便及有大件行李者請選擇其他酒店。

地點方便，距離Victoria station7-10分鐘路程，隔一條街有不少餐廳及1間大型超市，略嫌酒店早餐比較簡單，總括來說是一個好選擇。

由於沒有lift ,梯級比較窄，住高層拎大件及重的行李不太方便。早餐非常普通。清潔房間時發現門的安全鍊壞了主動修理好。地點非常方便及寧靜。

I live in Taiwan, certainly the booking is written in Chinese when I received the confirmation of booking from Hotels. com. But all the critical information such as booking no, hotel name, booking name and check in date were both written in English and Chinese. Strangely, the front desk said couldn’t help me to check in cause the information were not ALL in English since he didn’t know Chinese. I explained to him but no use! Finally, I got the room key after a hard bargaining and tolerated his impolite attitude. What a discrimination! I will not choose this Hotel again.

The family type rooms are suitable for sleep, no much more space to locate 4 suitcases. Bathroom is also small.

房間雖少，尚算潔淨，尤其新装修浴室，只是花洒水力太弱，好像是大部份英國酒店的通病，可能是省水原因。地點十分方便，7~8 分鐘腳程到Victoria 火車站，找吃的很方便。酒店早餐也算ok.

Cheap and cheerful. Hotel is in a strip of row homes each a different hotel. Room we booked had 3 beds (queen and 2 singles). Lots of room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace.

Great staff, very helpful & lovely new bathrooms. Comfortable beds and nice white linen. Hotel is dated in parts but great for the price. Not far from Victoria station and walking distance from Westminster.

Beds comfortable and useful to have a fan in room as hat wave when we were there. Good budget hotel

Great location. We booked this place as it was affordable. Everything was clean and in working order. Doesn’t have A/C so we found it a bit warm. They do have fans which help a bit.

What a little gem this hotel is,ten minutes from Victoria tube station lots of lovely bars,restaurants and cafe very closr The staff were fantastic and if you want resonable london prices please stay here

Judging from previous reviews I wasn’t expecting excellence and I had, if I’m honest, lowered my expectations. No need! Our room was clean and decorated to an appealing standard- the nice & clean bathroom definitely worth a mention. I didn’t peel back the sheets to see the mattress but the base had seen better days to be honest. Still, the location is brilliant. We enjoyed a local restaurant ( from an impressive array of cuisines) and crossed the river to Battersea Power Station, shopped and had a good time. Pimlico in general is a nice place to be. There’s a corner shop at the end of the street and a 1.5l bottle of water only £1.50. Also local big Sainsbury’s, Tesco extra ….etc etc. I had a decent nights sleep and I’d stay here again :)

Staff were excellent, room and separate bathroom was spotless and better than I expected

For a single traveler it had everything I needed. Some might say the rooms are small but suited me down to the ground. I can’t speak for those that travel in pairs. I would definitely use the hotel again.
