The location is good. It is within 5-10 minute walk from subway and tram stations. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel. One can also walk to Sagrada Familia from the hotel. The room is comfortable. Space is reasonable. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff was helpful.

The check in process was quick & effective. The room was clean & tidy & bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was lovely with many choices. Staff on reception were helpful with tips & assisted with arranging transport. Good spot to stay whilst in Barcelona.

ホテルは古さを感じさせる。壁やドアの遮音が悪く、廊下の足音や隣の騒音が丸聞こえだった。廊下が人感センサー照明であるが、感度が悪くしばらく真っ暗な中を歩かないと照明がつかない。この価格帯では珍しくバスタブがあったが、固形石けん！アメニティ持参をお勧めする。朝食は質、種類とも普通。スタッフの対応は良かった。ホテルの周りは何もないが、１５分ほど歩いた地下鉄Glories駅の広場のむこうには大きなショッピングモールがあって、カルフールや多数のレストラン・ショップがそろっていて大変便利。それとバルセロナのホテルはネットでプレチェックインを求められるが、このホテルはその最後に宿泊税（後から判明）の支払い画面にうつる。その際何の支払いか全く説明もないため、当初詐欺ではないかと思ってしまった。ぜひ改善して欲しい。

The hotel location was about a 12 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia, which was why we chose this location but it was a bit far to walk from the popular shopping area close to Placa de Catalunya. The hotel is an older hotel and they could do more to modernize the hotel. Overall, the hotel was clean and the room service was good.

The location is good. The breakfast is good. The room is enough for us. Only thing pls provide kettle at room pls.

Bad location bad staff and dirty hotel

El hotel está bien para dormir, es limpio las camas están bien, el área es tranquila y los empleados son buenos, pero no tienen un espejo cuerpo entero y el TV es de 20” más o menos, yo justo lo tome para descansar entre una semana que tenía de caminar mucho y descansar antes del crucero pero de ahí el resto está súper bien todo.

Family of four adults. Room given not what requested of four twin beds. They had two low trundle beds. Requested changed and was move to another hotel.

Clean, close to main tourist attractions

Great hotel, excellent staff, delicious breakfast, convenient location

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient. The family room suite was beautiful, nice and spacious, bigger than expected. We had to get used to turning the lights on and off with the room key, yet we adjusted. The area directly around the hotel was a little dirty, yet the location was great, near many shops and a short walk to La Sagrada Familia. We would stay there again!

La habitacion era un atico en el sotano. Ruidosa. Tuve que bajar todo mi equipaje por escaleras. Me extraña que no tenia extractor en la habitacion ni en el baño. Se escuchaba cada que abrian y cerraban puertas. No se porque expedia recomienda este hotel.

Love the place

Odalar çok küçük, kahvaltı zayıf, hoşgeldin hediyesi olarak su bile verilmedi. Konum olarak fena değil.
