good location conveniently access main tourist point

飯店床很軟 有熱水器 可是晚上是蓋床單沒有厚棉被

房间小了点，大箱无法打开，后来换大的房间就ok了。整个宾馆太小了，门口只有公交线路，地铁要走10分钟左右。不过有一点优越性，后面就是桂尔公园，去玩了两次，第二次晚上9点半去看蜥蜴免费，风景很不错。

Hyvä perushotelli, jossa asiallinen henkilökunta. Kannattaa ottaa huone kadulle päin, mikäli mahdollista. Meidän huoneen ikkunasta näkyi ainoastaan kuilu ja seinä. Ilmastointi oli hyvä ja tehokas. Aamiaisella normaalit tarjoilut. Huoneen päivittäinen siivous oli laadukas.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia, e a localização do hotel é excelente, com diversas opções de comércio ao redor. Como pontos negativos, tivemos um momento de preocupação devido a um possível incêndio, mas não recebemos informações claras da equipe, o que gerou insegurança. Além disso, o banheiro tinha forte cheiro de urina na chegada, o box vazava e alagava o banheiro após o banho. Também havia um odor desagradável na recepção em alguns momentos. Com alguns ajustes na manutenção, higiene e comunicação, a experiência pode ser muito melhor.

I was only staying for one night so I didn’t mind that the room had bare minimums. It felt more like a private room in a hostel. The staff is super nice and super helpful. The breakfast was very fulfilling.

Perfect hotel! Room was clean, and was cleaned every day, staff were so helpful and friendly and offered to store my luggage after checking out since my flight was late at night. The staff are all so friendly and absolutely amazingly helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The location is amazing, I was able to walk to Park Guell and Bunkers del Carmel super easily, and the metro was under a 10min walk away. The hotel is next to Line 4 (L4) which is such a convenient train line that takes you directly to the Gothic Quarter / El Born / the heart of the city. Felt so at home here! Am definitely thinking about booking to stay here again for next time.
