A very good location and is just a few feet away from the beach. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the room was clean. The scallops with squid ink rice at the seafood restaurant nearby (a 2-minute walk on the right along the beach) was fantastic.

Excellent hotel next to seafront. Only minor point is that balcony was shared with other rooms so I was wary of leaving the door open at night.

Hébergement très bien situé sur la plage! Service très soigné et personnalisé. Le personnel de l’accueil et du petit déjeuner font tout pour nous satisfaire et nous aider. Chambre familiale très pratique et agréable avec le coin enfant fermé par un rideau. Chambre et salle de bain propre et bon état, avec terrasse très agréable. Un sans faute pour cet hôtel à taille humaine ! Nous reviendrons, encore merci !

Good location

Absolutely perfect location and great hotel. I recommend the seaside room. It was a wonderful view (right on the water!) and a great place to have breakfast. Definitely get the breakfast and they will help you bring it to your room and set you up at your outside table - AMAZING! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Seriously, everyone was super helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is central to everything and lots of restaurants within minutes of the hotel. Used the secured parking was good only 1m80 head height Breakfast was expensive if you only wanted fruit juice, tea and a round of toast' would use the hotel again if in Arcachon

Excellent service with all the staff. Fresh orange juice and croissant etc for “petit dejeuner”. Great ocean view and location. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

We were upgraded to a room with the ocean view. The staff here gives excellent service. We extended our stay because of how wonderful our entire experience here.

The staff was very welcoming. No beach view it was a garden room. It was easily accessible to the town and walking. Was also clean.

This hotel was simply perfect! It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do ( beach, ferry, wonderful cafes, shopping, and such. The rooms were fabulous! We even got twin beds, which is hard to find sometimes in Europe. The people who worked there were amazing! Valerie, Pauline, and Matthew all helped us so much with great information. They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We know we will be coming back to this hotel, again and again.

Family run hotel. Very warm welcome. Safe secure underground parking (€25 daily). Lovely clean, well appointed and furnished room with a terrace and sea/beach view. Breakfasts were good, plenty of choice and also on the rate we had available in our room at no extra cost. Centrally placed, easy to find and ideal for exploring Arcachon. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Not a budget hotel but you certainly get what you pay for.
