This hotel locates at the edge of Segovia. It is suggest only if you drive. And there are only a few open parking space and I need to park at the slope near the hotel, around 5 minute walk. This hotel looks like Motel, don't expect too much. And the breakfast is so poor that it seldom refill but it cost 7 euro. I would rather buy some bread from fuel station nearby.

A great location for a rather sad run down hotel. Simple bits let it down like gaps in our room’s wooden flooring and no tea or coffee making facilities and no tissues is a very basic customer need.

It is next to a police station so it feels very safe. The breakfast was very nice. If you don't speak Spanish communication is very difficult, especially in the restaurant.

Price was excessive for the comfort of the hotel. Staff are friendly. Location was great. Room had a weird smell.

Spacious room in quiet street closed to centre and acqueduct. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Mi comentario va hacia hoteles.com por su mala gestión y comunicación con el hotel y debido a ello me he tenido que conformar con una habitación de inferior categoría a la pagada, una tercera planta y con tan mala suerte que el ascensor estaba averiado, en fin gracias por nada.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The rooms were not soundproof especially at night I could constantly hear movement going on especially after 12 am. The fire alarm light kept flashing in the dark every minute which was annoying. The cleaning of the room could have been better, I noticed one of the bedside tables was not cleaned properly and the main table. Overall I found it too noisy for my liking and the rooms could have been better maintained and cleaner. With the WiFi I noticed some websites were not working.

Lovely hotel very close to all amenities, great view of the cathedral and also we could see a bit of the aqueduct from room. Nice restaurant at hotel. Lovely breakfast and had evening meal which was lovely too. Staff nice and friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, just around the corner of the bus stop - Centro - for bus #12, to/from Segovia Guiomar/Estacion Ave. (2-3 minutes walk). Also in walking distance to most major sites. Good sized room, clean, good bed ans pillows, but must admit I prefer duvets to blankets. Friendly and helpful staff. Sadly internet is quite weak, but might be because it’s up in the mountains. Overall, had a great stay, and would be happy to stay here again.

O hotel fica a uma distância adequada do principal ponto turístico da cidade, o acqueduto. O acesso é feito, em sua maior parte, por um calçadão. Quartos limpos, banheiro reformado com excelente pressão na ducha do segundo andar, atendimento atencioso e a instalações acessíveis. Possui uma quantidade boa de vagas gratuitas para carga/descarga de frente com a recepção. Porém estas estão sempre ocupadas, por vezes pelo mesmo veículo. O estacionamento parceiro do hotel é subterrâneo e fica localizado sob o calçadão mencionado acima. Em maio/24 tinha o valor de 25,5 euros a diária. O hotel ofereceu um desconto que baixou o valor para 14 euros. Não foi oferecido (mas também não foi solicitado) berço para nosso bebê. Não utilizamos o serviço de café da manhã por não estar incluído na diária.

Nice experience
