我覺得房間空間很大很舒適位置也很好~!!!離車站很近!

Great place to stay in valladolid. It is just a few minutes walking to plaza mayor and its super safe.

Hotel simples, sem nenhuma atenção ao cliente. Nenhuma amenidade no quarto. Cama e travesseiros desconfortáveis. O atendimento é insatisfatório na recepção. Não se tem cuidado com o cliente. Essa rede de hotéis me decepcionou. Não recomendo.

A last minute booking when holiday plans had to be changed. Excellent modern hotel, interesting parking facilities but underground and very secure. Close to the centre and various eating options. Great breakfast.

Bathroom shower had black mold.

Clean room, comfortable & clean bed, clean bathroom, safe, mostly quiet-- honestly, the only truly important things I'm looking for when I travel. However, some staff were a bit unfriendly (not a tourist town), but some were nice, and the hotel infrastructure is old & not updated (long, dark hallways, tiny elevators, gym facilities unexciting). Location worked well for what we needed, overall was a fine stay

Riesiges Hotel, sehr zentral, Motorrad in Garage extra 10€, sehr großer Kongress im Haus, alles sehr gut organisiert

Hotel close to bus, train station and flyover. Would recommend for business rather than pleasure. Bathroom smelled of cooked rice throughout the late afternoon , we were on the 8th floor, not sure where the smell was coming from. Also, people smoking in the room. Ok for one night stay.

Siempre que vengo a Valladolid es mi hotel elegido. Todo su personal es educado y amable. La habitación siempre limpia y la cama comoda . El desayuno muy variado y todo muy rico. Otro motivo del porque escojo este hotel es porque al menos lqs veces que he venido siempre hay silencio y se agradece. Gracias por todo

Muy conveniente, recientemente renovado y muy céntrico

El personal magnífico tanto en recepción como en restaurante. Ha mejorar, el cuarto de baño antiguo, y la comida del desayuno no estaba mal pero el espacio de los calientes estaba frío (bacon, huevos fritos…)

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, los colchones muy cómodos en general toda la habitación y el baño, muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de tren y de autobuses, y de las rutas de bus para desplazarnos en la ciudad muy cerca del centro también, afuera del hotel estación de taxis, tienen una cafetería súper ricos los alimentos y a muy bajo costo al igual que su restaurante
