Excellent central location just around from Plaza Mayor, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking distance. Good basic rooms with safe, fridge and plenty of useful hangers and hooks. Bathroom was good and aircon was effective - or there were big windows to open. Loved the Coffee Corner, with hot drinks, juices, water, fruit and biscuits available at no charge 24/7. Also appreciated the daily breakfast pastry which appeared outside your door every morning. Staff were all welcoming and helpful, rooms were spotless, but cleaning could have been better/more frequent in downstairs toilet.

Very nice place to stay in! It was walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Lots of places to eat near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was super clean and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The sweet treats on the door on our way out was a very nice touch because we had a long day ahead and needed a little sustenance before starting.

Todo perfecto, a excepción del aire acondicionado que no enfriaba muy bien. No obstante sí regresaría sin pensarlo, la ubicación es buena, cerca del metro, céntrica, muy atentos en el hotel y detallistas. La cafetería de lujo.

The hotel is really nice and spacious. Rooms are clean, the size of the bathroom was great with a double sink. Location is perfect, right by plaza Mayor and there is a train station nearby Would Definitely stay again

El hotel muy bonito y limpio, excelente ubicación si tienes que pasar la noche en el aeropuerto, solo el personal de recepción no fue tan atento.

The hotel was nice. The only thing to consider is that the rooms have an open concept. So toilet and shower are each in closed room but sink and mirror are out in the open room. So if sharing the room it’s a bit of maneuvering to dress in the shower. Other than that, hotel was nice and in a great location.

Location was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants and Plaza Mayor😊 Although there was a lift, the design of the boutique property meant that access to the breakfast area in the basement was difficult, with over thirty stairs. There were also more steps up and down between other areas, including the entrance foyer. There was good aircon and modern bathroom facilities.
