Like a lot of people, we traveled a long way to get there and we’re so happy to be in such a beautiful castle surrounded by beautiful mountains. We attempted to get a drink at the bar and the lady was past the point of rude, ignoring us. And washing dishes. We were the only ones standing there for over 10 minutes when I finally asked her for help and she said she’s busy. Another lady walked past and I asked her if I could just get a cup of ice and she said she works in the restaurant not the bar. 20 minutes later we just gave up and left. The dinner service was a complete disaster. Forgotten orders, charged for drinks weren’t supposed to be charged for, etc. The hotel has so much potential and is so beautiful but the staff definitely put a damper on our first night. After that we ate out and bought our own drinks from the local store. The hiking in the area is amazing. Next time we will just stay closer to town and enjoy the daily hikes

Stunning setting- absolutely gorgeous hotel. BUT- No air conditioning and our room on the 4th floor was very hot. Restaurant is beautiful but dining experience very disappointing- mediocre, overpriced food and terrible service. Dinner a few miles down the road at the campground was better and 1/2 the price. Would stay again, in cooler weather because of the beautiful surroundings but skip eating here.

No hay A/A por lo que si vas en verano vas a sufrir. El personal muy poco atento y al final se quedaron sin sistema, he dejado los datos de mi tarjeta para el checkout y me han vuelto a cobrar la noche de hotel, y no dan respuesta .

One of the most stunning places we have ever stayed, a hidden gem, very clean, comfortable, and friendly people!!

Beautiful location but please note this Parador is some distance away from the nearest village. Extremely quiet, even the other guests did not seem to talk to anyone. The staff did not look at all happy and rarely smiled. We were not allowed to take our drink from the bar into the restaurant which was not a problem in other Paradors.

Jolie terrasse face au Monte Perdido mais le bar ne sert pas de chocolat chaud et il n'y a pas de bouilloire dans la chambre.

I picked this hotel because of its remote location in the mountains, it was perfect. Dinner and breakfast both excellent.

Très beau séjour très bon emplacement, confort, excellent petit déjeuner et repas du soir très bon avec un service de qualité. Les chambres ont été refaites et sont modernes et confortables.

Toller Parador in spektakulärer Lage, sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Le ménage de la chambre et de la salle de bain était passable. Cheveux et joints moisis dans la salle de bain. Dans la chambre le ménage avait été fait un peu rapidement. Ne convient à un hôtel Parador.

Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good. The room was very cold. Person working during breakfast was visiting with another person instead asking what we would like for breakfast. My husband actually had to go up to him with the coffee pot to get more coffee.

Excellent emplacement dans un paysage paradisiaque idéalement situé pour randonner en montagne. Hôtel à la hauteur des paysages qui l'entourent.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff but not good service in the restaurant. We were left for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and no sign of a wine menu. An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment. Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer.

Stunning place to stay. Quiet , peaceful, scenic. The only sounds were cow bells🙂
