Luktade mögel på rummet och fanns kackerlackor

We arrived late after midnight on our first night. There was nowhere to pull up with our car and parking was full. We had to put our hazards on and quickly unload and then drive around the streets to find parking. Once we checked in and got to our room, we noticed were only given two shower towels despite it being a triple room with three occupants. We then had to go to reception to request a towel at 1am. Once we got into our room and settled in more we noticed how dirty it was. We saw the shower curtain covered in mold, an incredibly dusty bathroom vent fan (hazard), and to top it off a hot pink fake nail by the bedside table. In the morning we went to reception to advise them on the state of the room, and the girl informed us she could not do anything but to return later on once her manager was in and see if we could change rooms. Later on we met the manager and they were not very helpful just said we were full and nothing could be done. They could have offered to change the curtain and do a better clean or to compensate us in some other way but nothing was offered unfortunately. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and another gentleman we spoke to while checking out was helpful too, as well as the restaurant staff. We loved our stay in Palma but unfortunately the hotel was a let down and for the price we paid it was upsetting. Hopefully this can be taken as constructive criticism to improve in the future for other guests. Thank you!

Alles in allem solides Hotel für eine Nacht. Schöner Pool und toller Blick über palma. Leider etwas Renovierungsstau.

Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe am Hafen von Palma, und hat man das Hotel durch die engen Zufahrten erreicht, kann man einen Traumhaften Blick auf den Hafen von Palma genießen, während man am Hauseigenen Pool planscht. Der Service von Hotel war super und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Roaches at the pool.

There were cockroaches everywhere! The AC in the room did not work and it was 90 degrees.

Bella la struttura e ottimo il servizio di prima colazione. Personale accogliente e simpatico tranne il ragazzo che ha risposto alla chiamata con la quale chiedevo informazioni per raggiungere l'albergo: la sua risposta: guardi su Google! Inaccettabile! Una nota negativa: abbiamo consumato un piccolo sacchetto di patatine presente in camera e ce l' hanno fatto pagare più di 3€

Toller Blick aufs Meer und großes Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Speisen

Bra hotel med bra service tycker dock att man inte skall lägga ut bilder på nyrenoverade rum och ge oss ett äldre. Fina solstolar och i helhet bra.

Bra hotell med trevlig personal och de bekvämligheter man kan behöva fanns på hotellet eller i närheten. Väldigt fin utsikt över hamnen och Palma bukten

Svært hyggelig personale, veldig behagelig og stor seng. Barna var fornøyde med skikkelig køyseng istedenfor vanlig sovesofa. Fin komfort, vi var kun en natt på gjennomreise. Kom sent og reiste tidlig.

Läget lite från centrum kärnan. Låg högt upp så tog tid för bilar att ta sig fram. Fanns hiss ner, väldigt varm hiss, men bra att den fanns. Rätt litet poomområde men hotellet var duktiga på att ta bort handdukar som inte användes. Dåliga hotellkort de slutade fungera flera gånger. Hade rum för tre, lite trångt. Bra utsikt. Ok service från de flesta som jobbade.

Gammalt och slitet, speciellt badområdet och restaurangen, inte lika fräsch som på bilderna. Maten bland det sämre vi ätit i Spanien. Rummen skall ha air condition, något som fanns enligt hotellet men som inte fungerade och krävde rymsbyte från förvisso nyrenoverat rum till äldre mer slitet rum på vån 1 men med något bättre fungerande AC. Här var det istället var totalt oisolerat med korridor och andra rum och därför var så lyhört att man hörde skrikande barn 4 rum bort, allt som hände i korridoren och vakna nätter som resultat. Personalen generellt trevlig men ledningen vägrade i det längsta erkänna fel med AC trots att de själva uppmätte över 30C i rummet.

Toller Ausblick vom Pool und vom Zimmer

Very friendly staff, this was the main highlight. Gym was disappointing along with the restaurant food quality and price. Room wasn’t as clean as hoped for and the air con was poor. Great view and location.

The hotel was well kept but slightly outdated. The room was not upgraded and did not have a nice view. The room service was wonderful and the staff were extremely helpful.

Very hospitable staff, fast taxi arrivals, great view of harbor!

El hotel es un poquito viejo, pero súper ubicado, el personal muy amable. La cama cómoda. Queda en una zona muy conveniente: pasan 2 autobuses al frente y está a pasos de un centro comercial para comer
