The location is very convenient Walking distance -10 minutes to Victoria coach station , Victoria train and underground station. To Buckingham Palace is 20 minutes. The breakfast is simple but good. Staff are nice.

This is the worst experience with Expedia! This cannot be categorised as hotel, it shall be under motel! Totally a deception. Everything is old and not clean- the TV is not working, the hairdryer is dusty and sticky, no air con, the shower room is in poor condition whilst the shower room tap is in weird and unfriendly design that you have to push & twist open very hardly to the maximum volume to keep water warm/hot (even the staff cannot do it successfully every time) however the drain is not okay to take such a big water splash that the shower room will be in flooding. You can only be quick to rush to finish the bath, or you will have to keep experimenting the tap on&off to ensure hot water coming out again. This is NOT yet the worst part! They went into our room for housekeeping on the other day which we did not expect! There is no a room sign “do not disturb” for us to hang outside, while it’s weird for a budgeted hotel to come in and do housekeeping while we are staying 2 nights only. Privacy is extremely important, as well as the hygiene! On the 2nd night (after they did their so-called housekeeping), we found bed bugs on our bed!!!! Can you imagine how a disaster when we are travelling with the kid? We have to rush to laundry to make sure the bed bugs will not breed on our stuff! I will NOT recommend anyone with kid to come and I think Expedia should blacklist this hotel to avoid those tragedies happening again on all travellers.

Very nice staff, the place is so good

Nice and helpful people. We booked two single bedrooms which is in the second floor, but it’s hard to carry two big luggage to go upstairs, finally they let to change a room at ground floor which has a better bathroom and quiet too.

We checked out after one night without any refund for the remaining 7 nights. All the service, equipment and environment are terrible. No one opened the heating before we checked in. As a foreigner who came to London for the first time, we didn’t know there was a heating. There was no hot water in the shower. After we complained, the staff opened the heating, but we already had a cold night and caught a cold. The bed was not clean and smelly. The double bed was too small to bear two adults. The bathroom was too narrow to turn round. In a word, it was a horrible experience in the hotel. 我们住了一晚就退房了，剩下7晚也没有退费。所有的服务、设施和环境都非常糟糕。没有人在我们入住前打开暖气。我们作为外国人第一次到伦敦并不知道屋子里有暖气。洗澡也没有热水。第二条我们投诉后，店员才为我们打开暖气，但是我们已经冻了一晚并且感冒了。床也不干净还有味道。双人床太小根本睡不下两个成年人。卫生间也很窄转不开身。总之，这家酒店体验非常糟糕！

在这里住了两晚。酒店在西敏区，位置不错。房间比较宽敞，但是卫生间真心小，提供毛巾、电吹风机，其他就没有了。电源插座只有一个。提供英式早餐，每天都一样。据店员说wifi设备正在维修，时好时坏，我们四个人中只有一人能连上。些设施简单也就算了，没想到老公晚上睡觉被臭虫咬，看着一个个红肿的大包，心疼死了。有照片为证。最后一张照片上发现的是我们已经离开这家酒店第二天起的包，估计衣服上沾了虫子，全套换下来密封带回家消毒驱虫。

I stayed here for four days in their double room. The room is compact but have all the basic things you’ll needed. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is a pleasant surprise. For the location, it’s just minutes walk away from the train and coach station and there are supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. Things maybe considered as cons included the stairs are quite narrow and steep for the big luggage and the WiFi signal is weak. But none of these concerned me as far as the location they offered.

Located at City center and very close to Victoria train station and Victoria coach station. The breakfast provided are very good quality. The pitfall are no lift and hard for you if you have heavy luggage, no air conditioning and it is hard if hot weather and the WiFi provided are very slow.

The room was very cold bed was uncomfortable, there was no proper pillo or duve . and the toilet was smelling but the staff was amazing. The location was perfect.

El hotel es antiguo, le hace falta mantenimiento. No hacen limpieza diaria. La ubicación es buena, cerca del metro, estación de trenes y buses Victoria. El personal amable, l calefacción funciona bien. El desayuno es el típico local, no hay variedad pero cumple.

Très bien placé à seulement 20 mn à pied du Buckingham Palace. Les chambres sont très minimes un peu vieilles, l’isolation et la peinture sont à refaire. Le lavabo était constamment bouché c’était très désagréable.

Belle chambre rénovée. Personnel agréable. L'hôtel est en rénovation mais cela n'est pas gênant et il est idéalement placé.

Única coisa boa do hotel foi a localização e os atendentes da recepção que foram muito educados, carpete sujo, colchão e travesseiros ruins, quarto muito frio o aquecedor n dava conta, porta da sacada mal vedada estava entrando muito vento e gelava o quarto todo, o hotel precisa de reparos, quarto com cheiro de mofo, agua do chuveiro sem pressão alguma, descarga com problemas, estava voltando muito cheiro de esgoto no banheiro, piso do banheiro estava cheio de buracos, tem a maquina de bebidas para os hospedes, mas metade dos itens estava em falta nem agua portável tinha disponível na maquina e no cafe da manhã, cafe da manhã extremamente simples e limitado.

Decent hotel for two nights stay. Close to Victoria station for access into central London. Breakfast was quite thoughtful in that they served vegetarian/vegan sausages to cater for most dietary requirements. Would consider staying again.
