Good experience in this hotel, the counter was very nice and and the price was acceptable.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is really good if you are finding a convenient place in city.

We made our reservation 7 months in advance. We received an email the morning of our stay letting us know that they overbooked and we couldn’t stay there

This place was beautiful

I really liked the hotel until we had a flood in the room (the ceiling leaked into a suitcase). At 4am I went out to notify the front desk. They did nothing. The next morning we asked for help with our sodden clothes. They gave us a garbage bag. I wound up throwing out some of our wet clothing. The experience completely ruined what had been an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great clean hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Convenient walk to Victoria Station and Underground. Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. Sainbury's is also close by too.

It was ok but not the nicest 4star I’ve been to. No elevator. I guess you pay for the convenience of being close to the city centre. Staff was lovely though.

Loves our time at The Victor. Staff were friendly, efficient, and so helpful! Room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. Lovely touch of Rituals toiletries in the bathroom!

Great hotel in perfect prime location for what we needed. Check in was smooth and the young gentleman was very helpful. Good sized room and very clean, would use again. No lift so if you had a large suitcase it would need to be taken up the stairs but for us with a small suitcase it was no issue.

The rooms were small but well appointed. We especially appreciated the blackout curtains and the comfortable bed. The hotel has no lift, as advertised. It was fine for us but the number of stairs (even to the second floor) could be a challenge for some. The location was great. We were able to walk to many locations and for the areas a bit further it’s only 10 min walk to Victoria station or the river to catch an Uber ferry. Highly recommend for a comfortable clean place to lay your head after long days in London.

Affordable hotel centrally located. Newly renovated and clean.

Ett av många smala hus vid Belgrave Road som används som hotell. Bättre skick och skötsel än andra jag använt. Jobbigt med smala trappor, ingen hiss. Ingen frukost. Trångt rum med bra bred säng som dock blockerar åtkomst till fönstret. Ventilationen är okej ändå, men man måste krypa över sängen för att dra från gardinen. För den som klarar trappor och accepterar att gå ut till något av de många frukostställena ett par kvarter bort helt okej. Men rumspriset i juni 2025 var betydligt över vad jag har betalat tidigare år för motsvarande.

Very nice room, nicely finished bathroom with lovely amenities and friendly helpful staff at checking. The aircon was a very welcome addition to the room on a sweltering London day.

Great staff, scent was nice, comfortable bed, nice looking room, and a great location. Small improvements would be the shampoo and conditioner wasn’t great and the pillows were thin.

Perfekt beliggenhet 5-10 min gange fra Victoria Station. Hyggelig området med godt utvalg av puber, restauranter og små butikker. Flotte rom, som var rene og pene. Hyggelig personalet som var veldig service-minded. Kan absolutt bo her igjen.

The stay was kind and helpful with every need. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. Safe clean neighborhood with wonderful restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Nice walks to and from the Westminster Abbey and the Buckingham Palace a little bit more to other places. Clean room , small room but bed was comfy. Thank you to Nicole and to Jeffrey for being so friendly and helpful.

Boa localização e limpo. Próximo a estações de metrô e ônibus. A falta de presença de elevadores é um ponto negativo para hospedagens em andares superiores.
