之前看评价说房间很差，担心了半天，入住后觉得一点也不差，就是房间里没有wifi信号（房间内收费），自己的网络也时有时无。如果选择一楼前台区域楼上的房间，可以接受到大堂的免费wifi信号。 我最喜欢的走10分钟来到海边栈道，一路晨跑，再看个日出把自己感动到哭。栈道会途径一个小镇及它的火车站，可以让你拍很久。

Parking easy, breakfast good.

BREAKFAST FOOD COULD BE HOTTER. NO PROBLEM WITH PARKING PLENTY OF SPACES. HOWEVER MAIN ROAD ACCESS NOT PARTICULARLY SAFE

Fantastic place, great staff, fantastic spacious room, great location, a few touch up now and again other great place to stay, would love to stay there again.

It was pleasant. Room lovely. Breakfast a little pricy.

The hotel was clean and well organised. There are a few areas that are in need of some decoration, however, overall we had a good stay. There is plenty of parking, good WiFi and the furniture in the bedroom is of a high standard.

Great location and property, very welcoming of our dog.

Very welcoming staff and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.

Good staff and good value for money

It did what it said on the tin. I would definitely go back there again. It was a fairly basic room, but that’s what we paid for. The hotel is a lovely building and has a nice restaurant and bar. Clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for much more apart from a few frills, which I didn’t pay for anyway.

Staff were fantastic very accommodating, the bathroom was very tired mould on the shower door. Evening meal was nice however the food was just warm, as was breakfast. I think this hotel has been very grand in it's day, with a few changes this could be so much better.

Room was okay but i didn't like that my double bed was just two single beds joined together. I wasn't expecting that in a hotel with the word 'grand' in the title.

Plenty of parking, lovely staff, clean room, well equipped.

It’s a neat Victorian Era hotel. Beautiful views of the ocean. Gorgeous property. The waiter at dinner and breakfast was wonderful. Food was good. The hotel needs some $ put into it, but, it’s still a grand place to spend a few days.

Really charming hotel, great pleasure to stay there and imagine how grand it must have been in it's heyday. Incredible charming surroundings and views. However, not terribly clean, some issues owing to age of property but a lot was evidence of a lack of fastidiousness with cleaning e.g. dirty cups in room, unemptied kettle with old water in it, stagnant smell in the room. Staff were helpful and kind. Would stay again, perhaps in a nicer room.

This is a lovely old Victorian hotel, which you can see was once grand, but is now a little tired and in need of repair. Excellent location- views from the dining room over the bay are beautiful. Staff are polite and helpful. Room was clean on arrival, but daily housekeeping was limited to the basics. Lots of supplies such as sachets of tea/coffee/milk available at reception as self service (to top up what is in the room) is a good idea. I think this hotel is good value for money, but needs investment to truly reflect it's name as a "grand" hotel.
