水好小... 空調也壞掉

酒店是傳統的英國住宅大廈。房間經過番新，裏面裝修新穎，十分乾淨，但不是太大，每日有人定時打掃。但浴室的花灑頭水流有些弱，不過我想應該是當地水壓問題。早餐是自助式早餐，不過不失。酒店地理位置很好，從火車站出來行5分鐘便到酒店，周圍有幾間超級市場，也有食肆餐廳，十分方便。英國酒店是沒有拖鞋提供，記住自備，不過我有兩天也是赤腳在房間走，腳底還是十分乾淨，證明了酒店的打掃很好，這間站店是值得推介的。

交通方便，房間舒適，但第一天的房間男友住了覺得怪怪的，與櫃檯要求換房，換了之後，有比較好，但我們始終覺得牆壁上掛的畫有點奇怪⋯⋯

The staff is nice. The room is clean and tidy. It is also well decorated and comfortable. The bed is big. Breakfast is delicious and the bread is freshly made. However, the location is quite far away from the Waverley Station, you need to walk at least 12 minutes to the hotel. At night, there is some noise in the toilet. (The noise maybe from the mechanical device.) The lift is quite small.

-Very friendly staff- helped me pack breakfast as I had to leave v early in the morning - location is perfect , just few min walk from Tube station - definitely will stay here if visit London. Again

The manager is very helpful.. We requested to change the room from basement to upper floor. She found a room and let us put the baggages in room before cleaning.

A small hotel, extremely well located. They have in the room all the necessary items you need. The Wi-Fi is very good. I recommend it

The manager Roberta is a terrible representation of this hotel. her disgusting attitude and negligence got my car towed at £360 pounds. It’s common courtesy to inform guest about parking ANYWHERE. She did not. The hotel itself is cute, small but neat. The A/C didn’t work and I had to sleep with the window open. My room is also a fire safety issue as my door is at a right angle with the fire exit/hallway door. Can not have my door open while that one is open, as it impedes either of us from moving.

La experiencia fue muy buena, de verdad disfruté mucho mi estadía aquí, todo el personal es muy amable y servicial, Roberta es excepcional!!! Siempre tienen galletas, agua saborizada o ice tea en recepción disponible para los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas y la ubicación es inmejorable! Definitivamente volveré porque además me hice la loyalty card!!! Lo único a tener en cuenta es si son muy sensibles al ruido se escucha todo, no se si nos tocaron vecinos muy ruidosos( que también) pero aún así es completamente recomendable quedarse aquí.

Beautifully decorated hotel with high spec. Comfortable bed and room had thoughtful amenities and extras that made the stay more preferable than popular chain hotels! Could not fault at all.

Hotel in posizione molto comoda, vicino a una fermata della metro delle linee District e Piccadilly: zona animata da ristoranti (anche italiani), bar, pub, catene di fast food, un supermercato e una farmacia. Situato in una strada secondaria molto tranquilla. L'hotel è piccolo, le camere non sono tutte accessibili, ma richiedono una rampa di scale (come anche l'ingresso). La mia camera (una doppia con due letti singoli affiancati) affacciava sul cortile interno, con bagno in ambiente separato. Rumore dall'esterno assente, ma le camere non sono insonorizzate perciò, specialmente in bagno, sembrava di essere in camera coi vicini. Mancavano le pantofole di cortesia. La pulizia del bagno poteva essere migliorata. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era normale. Il personale addetto alla colazione e alle camere è gentile e disponibile, quello addetto alla reception è invisibile e per me non è un difetto. Il check in può essere fatto in autonomia, anche di notte, attraverso un chiosco informatico all'esterno della struttura che eroga la scheda della camera (che serve anche per accedere alla lobby), previo inserimento dei dati della prenotazione e pagamento anticipato dell'intero soggiorno. La colazione continentale è discreta ma cara. Mi sento di consigliarlo per la posizione, per la silenziosità, per la discrezione. Probabilmente non includerei la colazione.

The room was extremely small, but I had expected that. There was a lift to the fourth floor, but then a long staircase, so dealing with bags was difficult. The location is excellent.

Lovely hotel in a nice location, close to a kit if amenities. Room was very nice wuth everything i needed. Nice contunental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta huone kuin komero, ei mahdu liikkumaan. Ilmastointi ei toiminut, onneksi ikkunan sai auki. Aamiainen tavallinen, ei mitään mainittavaa.
