The hotel room is clean, very comfortable and spacious, but the service is terrible! The staff at the hotel reception are extremely difficult and unfriendly! They don't know how to welcome guests, not even a small presentation of the hotel or even an itinerary or places to visit, which happened in previous hotels on this trip through Provence! Parking is a problem; there are never any spaces, even when it's shown that there are, they're always distracted! On the last day, they made us sign a document to park the vehicle, which made no sense!!! If they were going to do it, it should have been done on the first day – what a lack of organization!!! To request pool towels, we had to leave identification; one of us had to go back to the room to get it, something they could have warned us about at check-in. Never before seen in hotels I've stayed in all over the world! The pool closes at 8 pm, and 5 minutes before they were already telling us to leave to close it, without time to dry off! One employee who was always at breakfast was always friendly, smiling in the mornings, and welcoming to guests… an example that should be set for the other staff members, unlike the employee ‘Magali’, who was always unfriendly and very difficult! Finally, at checkout they made us pay for one of our breakfasts! Breakfast was included in the stay at check-in, and we were served it during our stay… they only informed us at check-out! Godt hotel til 1-2 dages overnatning

Vue la taille de la chambre, il serait intéressant de réduire celle du lit au bénéfice d'un peu plus de place pour table, bureau placard. Bon petit dejeuner

Très bon accueil. Personnel sympathique. L’hôtel était parfait et très calme. Grande chambre avec belle salle de bain. Grand lit avec un excellent matelas.Tout était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Patronne super sympa et à l'écoute de ses clients. J'ai réellement passé une excellente nuit... literie TOP ! propreté TOP ! Petit bémol... pas d'oeufs brouillés au petit déjeuner... mais c'est juste pour dire un petit truc négatif car à part cela TOUT ETAIT TOP Encore merci et j'y retournerais les yeux fermés.

Ein gutes, modernes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet.

Small inexpensive mini room with mini kitchenette that we made work for us. We were looking to save some cash and touring the area so only nights! It was enough. A bit more space would have been welcome But for the price it was a great location in carcassone and near the whole Cathar area to tour!

Hotel très agréable, calme et propre. Le personnes d'accueil (matin comme apres-midi) est très aimable, serviable er agréable, avec le sourire en prime 😉 Au plaisir de vous revoir, c'était mon premier voyage pro dans ce bel établissement .

Acceuil chaleureux et agréable. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie confortable. Je recommande vivement Brit Hôtel.
