Personal no resolutivo. Llamé unos días antes de la estancia a exponer una consulta y desde recepción no me ayudaron y ni siquiera hizo la consulta a un superior

Zona del lobby reformada pero las habitaciones en la primera planta aún faltan por actualizar

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not new but is well-maintained, kept clean, and located at a convenient area. All in all, I enjoyed a comfortable stay at this hotel.

Hotel é otimo. café da manhã excelente e o pessoal super ordial. consegue estacionamento em frente ao hotel sem problema algum, proximo ao centro da cidade.

A lovely hotel with great staff.

Very nice clean hotel with excellent seating area for breakfast and large cool marble waiting area outside elevator on each floor. 15 minute walk to Old Town but so convenient location for grocery store and park and restaurants less than 1 minute walk. Front staff spoke mostly Spanish but were very helpful and understood English and helped us call taxi at 6am. Excellent value for what we paid.
