Unfriendly reception, we arrived 3.10PM my room wasn't ready yet, they said to wait 5minutes. And still not ready after15minutes. Room is small.

Location was great! It's very near Zurich HB station. The room has all I need for my stay. Breakfast is so so. Cons are that the door to the shower section is too narrow even for an Asian guy like me. I'm not sure if it can be open wider but, as far I as check, no. And when the rain falls, I could hear it quite loud. It can disturb your sleep if you are not sleep deep enough. Overall, the location wins all! If I were to be back to Zurich, this place will be my top choice!

Great location. It just in front the bus station and beside the train station. But the breakfast is very very limited. There is not enough food choices for breakfast. I recommend you guys to have breakfast outside the hotel
