房間算清潔, 亦有 usb 充電, 夾萬是壞的, 電視很細, 隔音很差. 最重要的是員工服務態度超差, 不僅是員工, 經理也是一樣. 例如想問他們有沒有浴帽提供, 回應的是: "我們沒有, 你都看到我是沒頭髮的, 所以我們沒有. 最後想講, 價錢一點也不平, 雖然叫 Hotel, 但比 B&B service還差, 除了地點近之外, 其他不值一提, 總括來說 - 無下次 !!!!

地點鄰近 Kings Cross 地鐵站，周邊有購物商場，亦有大量食店，非常方便。酒店員工態度親切有善!

位置好乘車方便

An ideal place for short stay (e.g one night) if you want to go to Heathrow Airport. It only takes a 50 minute ride at a cost of six pounds for you to travel from King's Cross Station to the Airport.

1.沒有電梯，要自己爬窄小的樓梯，將行李搬上3樓。房間隔音效果差。 2.房間非常窄小，進門就是牀，一張椅子也沒有,開門時，清晰看到門縫厚厚的塵垢，可見長期沒有清潔過。 3.全層公用一個廁所，廁所內沒有洗手盆，只有一瓶消毒液。 4.全層公用二個淋浴間，其中本人用的的一間，空間窄小，一個掛衣服的環還是壞的，冬天無處擺放衣物， 淋浴要開3-5分鐘才有熱水。其中有一間還限制21點至08點不能使用。 5.風筒吹不到3分鐘，就自動停，無法再開啟使用。 6.距離市區很遠，附近沒什麼景點。

近Kingcross車站，房間可以使用免費WiFi，英式早餐，每人一份，要求添加飲品時，面口欠佳。

離車站不會太遠, 要搭火車很方便. 飯店沒有電梯, 需要自行扛行李上去. 房間還算舒適乾淨. 值得一提的是早餐蠻豐富好吃的. 有專人會幫你準備一份, 還蠻不錯的.

Good location, fairly nice staff, delicious breakfast, fine room

This hotel do not have a lift which do not quite suitable for tourists with big luggage. The reception seems over-reacted when we asked if we could keep one of our heavier luggage downstair. He seems upset about another customer requested to keep his luggage for 5 days. He commented that this customer should keep his luggage in the station and pay for the luggage storage fee. He continued to express his disappointment about the small office which is also the luggage storage room as he do not have enough space to work. He did not care if we have big or heavy luggages, this is our responsiblility to carry those up the stairs and we shouldn't ask to keep our luggage in his office. Although he finally keep our luggage in the office, his attitude is as nice as what you can imagine. Actually we have asked the other receptionist and requested for the ground floor room earlier while not successful, she recommended us to keep the luggage in the store room. We do have bad impression on this hotel.

交通非常方便。有早餐若可換菜色更好，若咖啡可改善成現煮更好。員工很友善。房間很乾淨但很擁擠，是否倫敦的飯店都空間小。

位置十分便利。

房間可收到免費WIFI,與st.pancras車站十分近~酒店沒有升降機,幸好這次安排我們在地下的房間`~ 每天都有英式早餐~說是7點開始早餐,其實就7點才有人上班,沒有準備好早餐
