早餐不錯，附近有超市，很方便。但地鐵附近環境有些髒亂有點可惜。房間寬敞，但沒有冰箱

附近什麼都沒有，離火車站有2個地鐵站的距離，WIFI有等於沒有，超弱...

Es war alles zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Zimmer, Frühstück und Service alles sehr gut.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione nella media. Zona tranquilla, tram davanti alla porta.

Fint hotel i ok og ikke-turistet kvarter. Tæt på strassenbahn og metro (johnstrasse). Gode senge og rent. Wifi med sporadiske afbrydelser (umuligt at streame fx en fodboldkamp).

방에 커피포터, 냉장고 , 티 아무것도 없습니다. 뜨거운 물도 오후 3시 이후에나 로비에서 가져와서 먹을 수 있어요... 너무 불편합니다.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt dort. Das Personal ist sehr nett! Ausreichendes Frühstück. Gute Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum via U-Bahn. Wir würden es wieder buchen

Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, das Bett gemütlich. Kopfkissen für mich persönlich etwas zu weich. Die Parkplätze sind in einer Nebenstraße etwa 50m vom Eingang entfernt

Séjour de 4 jours et 3 nuits avec un bébé de 4mois, le personnel a été adorable avec nous, le lit bébé prêt dans notre chambre et la petite chaise haute installée au petit déjeuner chaque jour. La chambre était propre et nettoyée chaque jour.

Excellent Hotel and Staff - Room was larger than average and quiet - excellent Metro/Tram and bus links.However area is rather bland and lacking places to visit - but Vienna Centre is only 10-15mins away on Metro

Everything was good. Staff were nice and helpful. Limited choices at the buffet breakfast so we were kind of tired of it by the 4th day. But, if you are looking for dining out, there is an abundance of dining choices for every meal. Working class neighborhood with convenient access to public transportation. Public transportation in Vienna is next to none and very economical. Bottom line, unless you are looking for upscale accomodation in an upscale area of the city and are prepared to pay for it, you can't go wrong with Hotel Lucia.

Nettes Hotel gute Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück ausbaufähig.

はっきり言ってフロントの対応が悪い。一人だけしっかり対応された方がいたが、それ以外は無愛想でホスピタリティのかけらもない。 朝食会場でも英語が出来ない方のみであり、又出て来る品も特に良いとは言えず少々ガッカリした(結局最初の二日間のみで止めた)。

I choosed this hotel because of its closeness to the Stadthalle and it was a good choice. Very nice and friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was also excellent, great coffee, and a good and varied breakfast selection to choose from, including warm food, fruits and pastries.
