We suffered strike in 27th Oct in Veneciz and thanks for telling ealier and arrange water taxi for us. We had better arrangement to check our train timetable to Roma and no delay with everything. Appreciate warm notice for hotel.

Thanks to the well reception by the hotel. Stayed in the double superior room, which is so spacious and in beautiful old Venice style. The room is very clean. Breakfasts are nice too. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel captures the charm of Venice perfectly—tucked away on a quiet canal yet close enough to easily reach all the main sights. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight each morning—fresh, varied, and set in such a peaceful atmosphere. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

Loved the property, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. One minute walk to vaporetto (stan stae stop), great restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It's right next to a vaporetto stop, making it quite convenient while in a quieter part of the Rialto area.

Great place - very well located, great breakfast and very comfortable overall. If you can, use the water door on arrival by water taxi!

Lovely Venetian style hotel , stayed with our baby, travel cot provided. Can get a boat up to the reception doors if the tide is right Highly recommend

Saubere Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück im kleinen Innenhof mit Flair, vom Flughafen einfach über La Stae (Alilaguna Boote) zu erreichen, Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar (wenige Minuten zur Rialtobrücke, 16 min zum Markusplatz) Alles super!

Frühstück war sehr gut und die Frühstücksterrasse sehr schön. Zimmer war in einem Gebäude gegenüber. War für uns ok war. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bad modern und hat recht neu gewirkt. Tolle Lage! 50 m von San Stae und direkt an einem kleinen Kanal. Würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.

Great service and close to everything

The hotel was conveniently located to a water bus stop (S. Stae) and a quick walk to main attractions. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with many options!

部屋は隅々まで清潔で気持ちよく滞在できました。

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, kühl und ruhig gelegen. Leider war die Reinigung nicht in Ordnung, bei der Ankunft waren in der Badewanne noch die Haare vom vorherigem Gast verteilt und ein Handtuch hatte flecken. Am zweiten Tag wurde dann alles noch mal gereinigt und die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Das Frühstück war leider auch nix, die auswahl war relativ gering und die Brötchen waren klein und hard. Wenigstens der cappuccino war lecker :)
