Zenit Hotel in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff is amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel is in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We look forward to staying at the Zenit Bilbao again.

Fint rom, gode senger, flott bad. Men når man bestiller 2-sengs rom er man 2 personer. Dårlig plass for 2 kofferter.

We could hear nearly everything happening in the room nextby.

Zeer aangename, smaakvol ingerichte kamer, stil, goede airco. Heel ruime badkamer. Het zou wel fijn zijn indien je 's middags ook in de tuin kan zitten.

Helpful staff and perfect location.

We can not fault the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, nor the friendly and efficient staff. The bathrooms were enormous, with a large range of toiletries. There weren't too many good restaurants nearby, but a tram stop right outside the hotel would take you to the Guggenheim and the Casco Viejo.

The hotel was spotless,the bed was enormous not sure that all rooms had a bed that big. Breakfast was varied staff were helpful

Very modern hotel with a restaurant and parking.(Extra charge but very convenient) Lovely staff. All areas very clean. Recommend.

Great hotel and location! Tranvía and metro stations very close. Nice and safe area! Lots of bares and restaurantes around it!

Hotel cómodo y bien localizado

Nous avions demandé des chambres non fumeur et malheureusement la chambre sentait la cigarette. Dans la bouilloire il restait du thé et des vieux sachets de thé !! Dans l'autre chambre la salle de bain mériterait de l'entretien.

ホテルの目の前がトラムの停留所であり、バスターミナルやモユア広場なども徒歩圏内（10～15分）なので交通の便がよい。 飛行機の都合で午前0時半のチェックインにもかかわらず、快く対応していただいたし、毎日の清掃やスタッフの雰囲気が良く、不満はないが、ホテルエルシージャと同じ四つ星かと言われると、正直なところ格落ち感は否めない。

I liked the location of the property. It was ideal and close to a metro station. The property was good with a great breakfast. The hotel was ideal for what I wanted.

Mucho calor en la habitación, incluso abriendo las ventanas. Mi habitación daba a un patio acristalado y pese a ser el último piso no entraba nada de aire. Habitaciones individuales muy justas de tamaño.
