買了景觀房 竟然連窗子都沒有，反應這不是景觀房，竟然回答說 走出房間之後 就可以看到，有欺騙消費者的行為

A great family run business so to speak. Very friendly to young children and great location... great customer service.

Smuk beliggenhed med køn udsigt ned mod Amalfi by. Vi skulle bytte værelse efter to dage grundet overbooking, hvilket gjorde, at vi ikke pakkede ud på det første værelse, og det blev lidt noget rod. På det nye manglede def skabsplads, samt knager til tøjet, samt ophængningsmuligeheder til håndklæderne, men ellers et nydeligt, rent og nyistandsat værelse med gode senge. Dog kom der næsten ingen vand ud af vandhanen på håndvasken (grundet for tynde vandrør i.flg. ejeren), men bruser og toilet virkede upåklageligt. Ok morgenmad og venlig betjening.

The views are amazing. Salvatore at the reception is a gem. The furniture is a bit dated and the rooms are small, but that's Amalfi for you :)

This property is very unique as it is nestled higher up in Amalfi with a great view! Breakfast was great, rooms were clean for the most part. The rainfall shower head had a leak(adhesive) or something on the corner was allowing water to drip out the side. Other then that no issues. Great staff and service from the manager. He understood English and spoke it well. Would stay again and recommend!!!

Loved the area, thanks to the wonderfull Italian man at reception who was so nice and serviceable.

Idéalement situé au calme hors de la zone la plus animée et bruyante. Accès très sécurisé, chambre spacieuce, et terrasse privée avec une jolie vue. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est top. Parfait pour deux nuits à Sorrente.

A nossa estadia no Hotel Annalara Charme and Relax foi decepcionante, o hotel não tem nada de charmoso, o café da manhã muito fraco e sem muitas opções,nos colocaram em um quarto sem janelas e ao lado da recepção, onde ouvíamos toda a movimentação dos funcionários.

Was an amazing little hotel. Good access to the city of Amalfi by foot. Service was excellent.

I highly recommend this location for your stay in Amalfi. It is a bit of a walk from the ferry, especially when carrying luggage, but that is what made it perfect. Also helped they have an elevator from the street to the property, which a lot of places in the area lack. It is nicely tucked away from the noise of the crowds in the middle of the day, while still being close enough to be an easy walk down to the waterfront. The breakfast was great and the view over the town while eating it is unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. Would definitely recommend Hotel Villa Annalera for your stay and if we ever make it back to Amalfi this is where we will go!

The facility was beautiful and very well kept. The view was fantastica and staff were wonderful. There is an elevator as an option for quite a few stairs for reaching the reception and rooms from the street level.

Great property. Would stay here again, if I am in Amalfi. Room could use a desk, but aside from that, had everything else needed.
